{"id":7718,"date":"2021-01-22T09:22:05","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T09:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=7718"},"modified":"2021-03-29T01:30:10","modified_gmt":"2021-03-29T01:30:10","slug":"metal-launder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/metal-launder\/","title":{"rendered":"Goulotte m\u00e9tallique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans les syst\u00e8mes de coul\u00e9e classiques, une goulotte m\u00e9tallique comporte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs becs de d\u00e9versement m\u00e9talliques et s'\u00e9tend sur un nombre \u00e9quivalent de postes de coul\u00e9e. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement impossible de pr\u00e9voir un support vertical externe pour la goulotte \u00e0 n'importe quelle position interm\u00e9diaire le long de sa longueur. La goulotte est plut\u00f4t soutenue \u00e0 ses deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s et est con\u00e7ue avec une r\u00e9sistance structurelle suffisante pour supporter son propre poids ainsi que celui de l'aluminium fondu qu'elle contient.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, un syst\u00e8me de mesure du niveau de m\u00e9tal exige non seulement que la goulotte soit suffisamment solide pour supporter son propre poids, mais aussi qu\u2019elle soit suffisamment r\u00e9sistante pour constituer et maintenir une plate-forme de mesure stable \u00e0 partir de laquelle il est possible d\u2019effectuer des mesures du niveau de m\u00e9tal en fusion.<\/p>\n<p>Le niveau du m\u00e9tal en fusion est ainsi contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et maintenu par rapport \u00e0 la hauteur de la goulotte de distribution du m\u00e9tal. Toute variation de la hauteur de la goulotte entra\u00eenera une variation correspondante du niveau d'aluminium en fusion au sein d'un poste de coul\u00e9e situ\u00e9 en dessous. Il est donc hautement souhaitable de disposer d'une goulotte de distribution du m\u00e9tal qui r\u00e9siste aux mouvements ou \u00e0 la flexion dans le sens vertical.<\/p>\n<p>La flexion verticale de la goulotte r\u00e9sulte de deux causes : la variabilit\u00e9 de la quantit\u00e9 et du poids correspondant de l'aluminium fondu qu'elle contient, et les gradients de temp\u00e9rature verticaux g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s dans les parties structurelles de la goulotte de distribution du m\u00e9tal. La flexion due \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re cause peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite en mettant en place un renfort structurel sur toute la longueur de la goulotte de distribution du m\u00e9tal. Cependant, ce renfort structurel n'est pas efficace contre la flexion de la goulotte induite par la chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>Un m\u00e9tal fondu \u00e0 faible flexion <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/distributing-launder\/\">canal de distribution<\/a> comprend une poutre structurelle allong\u00e9e qui s'\u00e9tend au-dessus d'une pluralit\u00e9 de postes de coul\u00e9e. Une pluralit\u00e9 de capteurs de niveau de m\u00e9tal s'\u00e9tendent vers le bas \u00e0 partir de la poutre structurelle allong\u00e9e afin de mesurer les niveaux de m\u00e9tal en fusion dans les postes de coul\u00e9e situ\u00e9s en dessous. Une pluralit\u00e9 de supports r\u00e9fractaires en forme de U, espac\u00e9s les uns des autres, sont fix\u00e9s \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la poutre structurelle pour former un canal r\u00e9fractaire.<\/p>\n<p>Des rev\u00eatements r\u00e9fractaires sont log\u00e9s dans les supports r\u00e9fractaires afin de former une cuvette pour le m\u00e9tal en fusion \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la poutre structurelle. Les supports sont espac\u00e9s les uns des autres et soutenus par la poutre structurelle de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 leur permettre de se dilater et de se contracter par rapport \u00e0 celle-ci sans que cette derni\u00e8re ne subisse elle-m\u00eame de dilatation ni de contraction.
