La composition typique de la fibre est d'environ 51,2% d'alumine, 47,4% de silice et environ 0,7% d'oxyde de bore et d'oxyde de sodium.<\/p>\n<p>Pour fabriquer un feutre adapt\u00e9, ces fibres sont dispers\u00e9es dans une solution aqueuse contenant une dispersion de silice collo\u00efdale. En diluant la composition ainsi obtenue, celle-ci contient environ 30% en poids de solides de silice collo\u00efdale. La taille moyenne des particules de silice collo\u00efdale est d\u2019environ 17 microns, soit une moyenne d\u2019environ 48 atomes de silicium par particule. La silice collo\u00efdale est stabilis\u00e9e en solution par une quantit\u00e9 suffisante d\u2019hydroxydes de m\u00e9taux alcalins, tels que l\u2019hydroxyde de sodium ou l\u2019hydroxyde de lithium, pour atteindre un pH compris entre environ 9,5 et 10,5. La composition a \u00e9t\u00e9 dilu\u00e9e avec de l\u2019eau pour former une solution contenant environ 22% en poids de solides de silice collo\u00efdale. Une quantit\u00e9 suffisante de fibres r\u00e9fractaires est dispers\u00e9e dans la solution pour former une suspension contenant environ 5 wt% de fibres.<\/p>\n<p>Cette suspension est transform\u00e9e en une nappe ou un matelas de fibres r\u00e9fractaires par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de feutrage classique. On plonge la maille de feutre poreuse dans la suspension et on raccorde sa face inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019aspirateur. Les fibres s\u2019accumulent \u00e0 la surface de la maille pour former un matelas dont l\u2019\u00e9paisseur est de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 environ 2,5 cm. Le feutre ainsi form\u00e9 conserve son pouvoir d'aspiration, de sorte que la teneur en liquide du feutre est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 environ 20% en poids et que la teneur en silice collo\u00efdale est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 environ 5% en poids. Un feutre form\u00e9 par feutrage sous vide \u00e0 partir d'une suspension de fibres r\u00e9fractaires est utilis\u00e9 pour former une partie du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/feed-tip-for-continuous-caster\/\">buse d'alimentation en m\u00e9tal en fusion<\/a>\u00a0d'une machine de coul\u00e9e continue.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7752\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Continuous-Caster-Feed-Tip-1.jpg\" alt=\"Conseil pour l&#039;alimentation d&#039;une machine de coul\u00e9e continue\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Continuous-Caster-Feed-Tip-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Continuous-Caster-Feed-Tip-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser la pointe d'alimentation de la machine de coul\u00e9e continue, d\u00e9coupez un rectangle de taille appropri\u00e9e dans ce feutre r\u00e9fractaire. Pour former une partie de la pointe d'alimentation, d\u00e9coupez un rectangle d'environ 15 cm de large et 23 cm de long dans une couverture de 1 pouce d'\u00e9paisseur. Lissez une toile rectangulaire en fibre de verre de m\u00eames dimensions que la couverture sur l\u2019une des faces de celle-ci. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que le tissu soit \u00e0 mailles serr\u00e9es afin qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas d\u2019espace libre dans le tissage. On utilise un tissu de verre non encoll\u00e9 sur la surface ; il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de nettoyer le tissu de verre disponible dans le commerce pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019encollage avant de le fixer sur le feutre. L\u2019encollage peut \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9, par exemple, en cuisant le tissu de verre \u00e0 environ 250 \u00b0C pendant une demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p>Recouvrez l'autre face du feutre d'une fine feuille d'aluminium. Une feuille d'une \u00e9paisseur comprise entre 1\/4 et 1\/2 mm convient parfaitement. Vous pouvez laisser quelques \u201c trous d'observation \u201d dans la feuille d'aluminium afin de pouvoir pr\u00e9lever du liquide de la couverture.<\/p>\n<p>La couverture r\u00e9fractaire stratifi\u00e9e de fibre de verre et de feuille d\u2019aluminium est ensuite plac\u00e9e dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule, puis celle-ci est ferm\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un moule correspondant. L\u2019ensemble est ensuite comprim\u00e9 avec une pression insuffisante pour casser les fibres, afin de compacter le feutre et de lui donner la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie souhait\u00e9e d\u2019une partie de la buse d\u2019alimentation de la machine de coul\u00e9e continue. L'exc\u00e8s de liquide pr\u00e9sent dans le moule ferm\u00e9 est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par un orifice d'\u00e9vacuation appropri\u00e9 situ\u00e9 dans la cavit\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la couche de rev\u00eatement en fibres r\u00e9fractaires est comprim\u00e9e dans la cavit\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e d'un moule, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que la compression maximale dans la matrice soit inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 environ 85% de l'\u00e9paisseur initiale de la couche de rev\u00eatement fritt\u00e9e sous vide. Si la compression est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 environ 85% de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur d\u2019origine, un \u00e9crasement excessif et une rupture des fibres r\u00e9fractaires peuvent se produire, entra\u00eenant une diminution significative de la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau comprim\u00e9.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The continuous caster feed tip is made of
