La buse de coul\u00e9e continue est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab embout de coul\u00e9e en fibre c\u00e9ramique \u00bb, \u00ab embout de coul\u00e9e \u00bb, \u00ab cavit\u00e9 d'embout \u00bb, \u00ab cavit\u00e9 de buse \u00bb, \u00ab tige de coul\u00e9e \u00bb, \u00ab embout de coul\u00e9e en c\u00e9ramique \u00e0 base de silicate d'aluminium \u00bb, \u00ab embouts de coul\u00e9e \u00bb et \u00ab buse \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir compress\u00e9 la couverture r\u00e9fractaire pour lui donner la forme souhait\u00e9e, le moule ferm\u00e9 est chauff\u00e9 afin de faire s'\u00e9vaporer l'eau contenue dans la solution restante au sein de la couverture. Par exemple, il convient de chauffer la couverture \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre environ 250 \u00b0C et 325 \u00b0C pendant environ deux heures, ou \u00e0 environ 150 \u00b0C pendant environ dix heures, dans un moule ferm\u00e9. On obtient ainsi un \u00e9l\u00e9ment solide et rigide constitu\u00e9 de fibres r\u00e9fractaires li\u00e9es entre elles par un liant contenant de la silice. Avant d\u2019\u00eatre lamin\u00e9 sur le feutre r\u00e9fractaire, le tissu de verre a \u00e9t\u00e9 impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 d\u2019une solution contenant de la silice collo\u00efdale stabilis\u00e9e. La surface ext\u00e9rieure est recouverte d\u2019une feuille m\u00e9tallique qui y est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un adh\u00e9sif contenant de la silice collo\u00efdale.<\/p>\n<p>Le tissu de verre situ\u00e9 sur la surface int\u00e9rieure du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/feed-caster-tip\/\">Conseil pour le moulage de la mangeoire<\/a> r\u00e9duit au minimum l'\u00e9rosion du feutre r\u00e9fractaire par l'aluminium fondu et autres mat\u00e9riaux similaires, limitant ainsi au maximum la lib\u00e9ration de particules dans la brame coul\u00e9e par la machine de coul\u00e9e continue. La feuille m\u00e9tallique situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la buse de la machine de coul\u00e9e continue forme une barri\u00e8re contre l'humidit\u00e9, qui emp\u00eache pratiquement toute humidit\u00e9 d'entrer en contact avec le feutre r\u00e9fractaire pendant l'utilisation de l'embout d'alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>La compression du feutre r\u00e9fractaire pour former l'embout d'alimentation semble rendre la surface de celui-ci plus dense que le feutre situ\u00e9 dans sa partie interne. Associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l'effet de renforcement de la fibre de verre, cette densit\u00e9 permet d'am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance de la t\u00eate d'alimentation et de r\u00e9duire au minimum les risques de rupture. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette configuration, on peut s'attendre \u00e0 ce que la pointe d'alimentation puisse \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e au moins quatre fois, contrairement \u00e0 la pointe \u00e0 usage unique de l'\u00e9tat de la technique, compos\u00e9e d'un m\u00e9lange d'amiante et d'argile.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7759\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Continuous-Caster-Nozzle-1.jpg\" alt=\"Buse de coul\u00e9e en continu\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Continuous-Caster-Nozzle-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Continuous-Caster-Nozzle-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le degr\u00e9 de compression du feutre r\u00e9fractaire est plus important pr\u00e8s du bord aval que dans la partie amont de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d'alimentation. Le bord aval \u00e9tant beaucoup plus comprim\u00e9 que la partie amont, sa densit\u00e9 est nettement sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 la partie amont, la compression plus importante du feutre dans la zone de bordure aval a un impact significatif sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques de la pointe d'alimentation. La conductivit\u00e9 thermique de la partie amont est nettement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la pointe aval, afin d'\u00e9viter toute solidification pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e du m\u00e9tal en fusion.<\/p>\n<p>Le module d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance du bord aval de la pointe d'alimentation sont consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa densit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Cette zone est la partie de la pointe d'alimentation la plus susceptible de se rompre, et cette am\u00e9lioration des performances est essentielle pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de la buse de coul\u00e9e continue.
