Par exemple, si la demande en aluminium fondu augmente, mais que seul un four de plus petite taille peut \u00eatre install\u00e9, notre syst\u00e8me de goulottes permet de s\u00e9parer les bassins de coul\u00e9e afin de lib\u00e9rer un espace pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p>\n<p>Un transport en douceur est essentiel pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 de l'aluminium en fusion, car toute turbulence peut entra\u00eener la formation d'oxydes dans la masse d'aluminium en fusion. Le syst\u00e8me de goulottes Adtech a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u dans cette optique, afin d'\u00e9liminer toute forme d'agitation \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape. Il permet un transfert en douceur de l'aluminium en fusion, sans pollution secondaire, et garantit ainsi une meilleure qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les baies Adtech permettent de retenir la chaleur et d'\u00e9conomiser de l'\u00e9nergie. Chauffage doux, couvercle pneumatique du bac (avec joint d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9), contr\u00f4le rigoureux de la temp\u00e9rature et conception ing\u00e9nieuse r\u00e9sistante au feu. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments agissent de concert pour maintenir l'aluminium fondu \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature optimale, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les pertes de chaleur et permet de tirer parti de la conductivit\u00e9 thermique propre au m\u00e9tal pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>L'Adtech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/molten-metal-launder\/\">goulotte pour m\u00e9tal en fusion<\/a> Le syst\u00e8me est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un couvercle destin\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir tout danger et toute fuite de m\u00e9tal, dispose d'une fonction de chauffage progressif permettant de maintenir une temp\u00e9rature constante de l'aluminium fondu, et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'une isolation performante pour \u00e9viter les pertes d'\u00e9nergie. Il pr\u00e9sente une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, aux chocs et aux chocs thermiques, est antiadh\u00e9sif vis-\u00e0-vis de l'aluminium, ne r\u00e9agit pas chimiquement avec celui-ci et poss\u00e8de un faible coefficient de dilatation thermique.
