Il s'agit d'une nouvelle technologie de coul\u00e9e d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00ab hot top \u00bb, qui consiste \u00e0 injecter un m\u00e9lange d'air et d'huile lubrifiante \u00e0 la jonction entre le bord inf\u00e9rieur du \u00ab hot top \u00bb et le moule, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 former un rideau thermique lubrifiant \u00e0 base de ce m\u00e9lange huile\/gaz entre la masse fondue ou le lingot et le moule.<\/p>\n<p>L'huile et le gaz constituent un syst\u00e8me de lubrification en continu, formant un rideau d'air de lubrification mixte huile\/gaz entre le moule et la masse fondue, ce qui permet de contr\u00f4ler la pression et le d\u00e9bit de l'huile et du gaz, de sorte que le rideau huile\/air ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 reste stable et statique par rapport \u00e0 la masse fondue. Les variations de pression sont \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es. Sous l\u2019action de la pression du gaz, le m\u00e9tal liquide ou le lingot n\u2019entre pas en contact avec la paroi du moule, et l\u2019huile elle-m\u00eame fait office d\u2019isolant. La perte de chaleur de la masse fondue \u00e0 travers la paroi du moule est ralentie, et m\u00eame le refroidissement primaire provoqu\u00e9 par la paroi du moule est \u00e9limin\u00e9. Le refroidissement secondaire entra\u00eene la solidification en lingot, ce qui permet d\u2019obtenir des grains cristallins fins et une surface lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Facteurs influen\u00e7ant la coul\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud \u00ab hot top \u00bb avec glissement d'air<br \/>\nPr\u00e9cision du cristalliseur. Le moulage \u00e0 t\u00eate chaude \u00e0 glissement d'air consiste \u00e0 utiliser la contre-pression g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l'huile ou le gaz pour \u00e9quilibrer la pression statique de la masse fondue dans la t\u00eate chaude, afin de favoriser la formation de la masse fondue. La masse fondue est directement refroidie et se solidifie en un lingot sans entrer en contact avec le moule ; le point de refroidissement se situant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l'interface solide-liquide, le profil de solidification du moule de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 glissement d'air est similaire \u00e0 celui de la coul\u00e9e \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique. Le cristalliseur de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 glissement d\u2019air pr\u00e9sente un degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur une courte dur\u00e9e, et il n\u2019y a pratiquement pas de refroidissement primaire. Lorsque la masse fondue se solidifie, la chaleur est presque enti\u00e8rement \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par l\u2019eau de refroidissement secondaire. Afin de garantir une hauteur stable de la cavit\u00e9 liquide et d'emp\u00eacher la remont\u00e9e de la ligne de solidification ainsi que l'apparition de fusion et de fuites d'aluminium, il est n\u00e9cessaire que le d\u00e9bit d'eau de refroidissement secondaire soit uniforme, que l'eau soit pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision sur la position du lingot et que l'intensit\u00e9 de refroidissement soit appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 et la pression de l'huile de lubrification. Un syst\u00e8me de lubrification huile-air adapt\u00e9 constitue le c\u0153ur du moulage par glissement d'air. En raison de la variation du niveau de la masse fondue d'aluminium et d'alliages d'aluminium dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure chaude et de la transformation de l'alliage, la pression statique exerc\u00e9e directement sur le moule varie \u00e9galement en cons\u00e9quence. Une force de frottement importante est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e entre l'enveloppe de condensation et le moule, et le refroidissement primaire varie en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d'\u00e9liminer ces effets ind\u00e9sirables, il est n\u00e9cessaire de cr\u00e9er un film isolant et lubrifiant adapt\u00e9 entre le moule et la mati\u00e8re fondue. Le moulage par glissement \u00e0 l'air utilise un syst\u00e8me de lubrification compos\u00e9 d'huile lubrifiante et d'air comprim\u00e9 pour \u00e9tablir dans le moule une contre-pression stable d'huile lubrifiante et de gaz, compatible avec l'environnement. Cette contre-pression peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9e \u00e0 une pr\u00e9contrainte permettant de former un rideau d\u2019air lubrifiant compos\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9lange huile\/gaz, d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer la pression statique de la masse fondue sur le moule, et d\u2019utiliser l\u2019eau de refroidissement secondaire pour pulv\u00e9riser directement sur la partie amont de l\u2019enveloppe du lingot, o\u00f9 se produit la conduction thermique, afin de contr\u00f4ler la solidification et la forme, et d\u2019obtenir la qualit\u00e9 requise pour le lingot. Si aucun air comprim\u00e9 n\u2019est inject\u00e9 dans le cristalliseur, la masse fondue agit directement sur la paroi interne de celui-ci, et la chaleur de la masse fondue est \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par le refroidissement primaire pour former une enveloppe de solidification.
