Elle offre une grande efficacit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9gazage et d'affinage, et son syst\u00e8me de chauffage permet de r\u00e9duire les pertes de temp\u00e9rature lors de la coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L'aluminium fondu s'\u00e9coule dans la chambre de d\u00e9gazage et reste dans le rev\u00eatement r\u00e9fractaire. La chambre est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un dispositif de chauffage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir l\u2019aluminium fondu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide. Une fois \u00e9ject\u00e9 par le rotor en rotation, le gaz inerte est fragment\u00e9 en d\u2019innombrables petites bulles sous l\u2019effet de la rotation \u00e0 grande vitesse du rotor ; ces petites bulles se diffusent et remontent dans l\u2019aluminium fondu afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. Au cours de la remont\u00e9e de ces petites bulles, sous l\u2019effet de la tension superficielle, certaines inclusions sont entra\u00een\u00e9es hors de l\u2019aluminium fondu vers la surface, formant une \u00e9cume qui permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019aluminium fondu. Parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019effet d\u2019agitation du rotor rend la composition de l\u2019alliage dans l\u2019aluminium fondu plus homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>La caract\u00e9ristique la plus remarquable de l'aluminium fondu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-system\/\">syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> Il s'agit d'un ensemble compos\u00e9 d'un stator en graphite et d'une tige\/rotor en graphite. Le stator en graphite ne tourne pas dans l'aluminium fondu et prot\u00e8ge l'ensemble tige\/rotor en graphite. La tige en graphite et le rotor en graphite sont assembl\u00e9s pour agiter le bain d'aluminium. Le gaz inerte traverse l'interstice entre le stator et la tige en graphite, puis est inject\u00e9 dans l'aluminium fondu par les rainures situ\u00e9es au niveau du bord inf\u00e9rieur du stator et du bord sup\u00e9rieur du rotor en graphite. La force de cisaillement exerc\u00e9e par le rotor en graphite provoque la circulation de l\u2019aluminium fondu vers le bas, compensant ainsi l\u2019effet de la flottabilit\u00e9 naturelle, de sorte que les bulles \u00e9ject\u00e9es du rotor et du stator sont projet\u00e9es radialement et se dispersent uniform\u00e9ment dans l\u2019aluminium fondu afin d\u2019obtenir le meilleur effet de d\u00e9gazage et d\u2019affinage.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux avantages de l'unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage de type caisson sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<p>1) Augmenter le temps de s\u00e9jour des bulles, ce qui permet d'am\u00e9liorer l'effet d'affinage par d\u00e9gazage ;<br \/>\n2) Maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de l'aluminium fondu dans la cuve \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature du four de maintien ;<br \/>\n3) R\u00e9duire les variations de temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At present, the box-type degassing unit is commonly used in the market.
