Ils ont pour but de r\u00e9duire l'oxydation de la masse fondue, de limiter la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d'hydrog\u00e8ne provenant de l'atmosph\u00e8re, d'absorber les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques en suspension dans la masse fondue, d'emp\u00eacher l'accumulation d'oxydes sur les parois du four ou de la poche de coul\u00e9e, et de r\u00e9duire la teneur en aluminium r\u00e9siduel dans les \u00e9cumes. Ils permettent \u00e9galement d'\u00e9liminer l'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans le bain de fusion, d'affiner les grains d'aluminium pendant le processus de solidification, de modifier les inclusions de silicium dans les alliages contenant du silicium et d'oxyder l'exc\u00e8s de magn\u00e9sium. Les diff\u00e9rents fondants pour la coul\u00e9e de l'aluminium ont des fonctions diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>Flux pour la coul\u00e9e d'aluminium<br \/>\nUn flux d'affinage compos\u00e9 de sels contenant du chlore et du fluor est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9gazer les alliages d'aluminium fondus. Les composants de l'agent d'affinage r\u00e9agissent avec l'aluminium pour former des compos\u00e9s gazeux (chlorure d'aluminium, fluorure d'aluminium). Le gaz se forme en bulles et remonte dans la masse fondue. La pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans les bulles form\u00e9es \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s faible, celui-ci diffuse de l\u2019aluminium fondu vers les bulles. Les bulles s\u2019\u00e9chappent de la masse fondue puis passent par le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9vacuation afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer le gaz. Ce processus se poursuit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le bouillonnement cesse. Le flux d\u00e9gaz\u00e9 peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre introduit par injection. Dans ce cas, le gaz inerte sert de vecteur pour le flux granulaire. Outre l\u2019effet de d\u00e9gazage, le traitement de d\u00e9gazage permet \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9liminer les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques en suspension dans le bain fondu.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/deslagging-flux\/\">flux de d\u00e9carburation<\/a> favorise la s\u00e9paration de l'aluminium fondu entra\u00een\u00e9 dans les scories. Outre les chlorures et les fluorures, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">flux<\/a> contiennent \u00e9galement des composants oxydants qui, lorsqu'ils sont chauff\u00e9s, r\u00e9agissent de mani\u00e8re exothermique avec l'aluminium. La chaleur g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le flux am\u00e9liore la mouillabilit\u00e9 et la fluidit\u00e9 de l'aluminium pi\u00e9g\u00e9, et les gouttelettes d'aluminium fusionnent pour s'\u00e9couler vers le bain de fusion. Les scories trait\u00e9es par le dispositif d'\u00e9limination des scories se pr\u00e9sentent sous forme de poudre s\u00e8che. Elles s'\u00e9vacuent facilement du four. Le flux contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les pertes d\u2019aluminium, ce qui le rend tr\u00e8s rentable, notamment lors de la refonte des copeaux d\u2019aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8239\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Aluminum-Fluxes.jpg\" alt=\"Flux \u00e0 base d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Aluminum-Fluxes.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Aluminum-Fluxes-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Flux de d\u00e9capage pour l'aluminium<\/p>\n<p>Le point de fusion du flux de couverture est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l'aluminium. Le flux de couverture est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium fondu afin de fondre et de former une couche continue \u00e0 la surface de celui-ci, dans le but de prot\u00e9ger le m\u00e9tal liquide contre l'oxydation et l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne atmosph\u00e9rique. Le flux de recouvrement est compos\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de NaCl et de KCl, et peut \u00e9galement contenir certains additifs tels que du CaCl\u2082, du CaF\u2082 ou du KF. Le fluorure abaisse encore davantage le point de fusion du flux et am\u00e9liore son pouvoir nettoyant. L\u2019inconv\u00e9nient des flux contenant du fluor est qu\u2019ils d\u00e9gagent des fum\u00e9es nocives \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de travail. Un flux \u00e0 couche protectrice sans sodium est utilis\u00e9 pour la fusion d\u2019alliages aluminium-silicium hypereutectiques. L\u2019alliage hypereutectique est modifi\u00e9 par du phosphore, et l\u2019ajout de phosphore entra\u00eene l\u2019affinage des cristaux primaires de silicium. Le sodium r\u00e9duit l\u2019effet de purification du phosphore dans ces alliages.<\/p>\n<p>Le flux de nettoyage \u00e9limine les oxydes en suspension dans la masse fondue. \u00c0 l'instar du flux, le nettoyant est constitu\u00e9 d'un m\u00e9lange de chlorure, de fluorure et d'un oxydant. Le nettoyant g\u00e9n\u00e8re moins de chaleur, son effet de s\u00e9paration de l'aluminium est donc moindre.
