Les d\u00e9chets de coul\u00e9e dus \u00e0 des d\u00e9fauts tels que les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques repr\u00e9sentent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50%-60% du total des d\u00e9chets. Alors que divers co\u00fbts augmentent, les dommages caus\u00e9s par l\u2019environnement ext\u00e9rieur et le rejet d\u2019un exc\u00e8s de d\u00e9chets sont pr\u00e9visibles ; la pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9fauts nuit non seulement gravement aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et aux performances de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, mais a \u00e9galement un effet n\u00e9faste sur le processus d\u2019usinage et l\u2019aspect de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s des bains d'aluminium, on utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de la mousse de polyur\u00e9thane comme support, que l'on plonge dans une suspension c\u00e9ramique compos\u00e9e de poudres fines telles que des agr\u00e9gats r\u00e9fractaires, des liants et de l'eau, puis on essore l'exc\u00e8s de suspension autour des fibres de la mousse. Apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage, calcination et le frittage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature des mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques, on obtient finalement des produits c\u00e9ramiques expans\u00e9s.<br \/>\n\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e de l'alliage de coul\u00e9e est diff\u00e9rente, la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refractory-ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique r\u00e9fractaire<\/a>. Au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, en fonction des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rents alliages, des filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique compos\u00e9s de divers mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point les uns apr\u00e8s les autres, tant en France qu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s de l'aluminium en fusion permet non seulement d'\u00e9liminer efficacement un grand nombre d'impuret\u00e9s \u00e9trang\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentes dans l'aluminium liquide, mais aussi de filtrer les petites inclusions de quelques microns qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es par les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s traditionnels. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les ions nocifs, tels que les atomes d'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sents dans l'aluminium liquide, sont souvent adsorb\u00e9s sur les inclusions, et que ces derni\u00e8res peuvent devenir le noyau de la formation de bulles, cette op\u00e9ration permet de r\u00e9duire la teneur en gaz nocifs de l'aluminium liquide tout en filtrant les inclusions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8545\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Plate-Filter-Unit-1.jpg\" alt=\"Unit\u00e9 de filtration \u00e0 plaques\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Plate-Filter-Unit-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Plate-Filter-Unit-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les fabricants d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments filtrants en mousse c\u00e9ramique pour l'aluminium fondu mettront en \u0153uvre un ensemble relativement complet de mesures afin de garantir la stabilit\u00e9 du produit et de s'assurer que la r\u00e9sistance, le taux de trous traversants, les dimensions g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, la qualit\u00e9 d'aspect ainsi que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques du produit final sont conformes aux normes. Au cours de la production, afin d\u2019obtenir un meilleur effet de filtration, l\u2019aluminium liquide en amont du filtre doit pr\u00e9senter un certain degr\u00e9 de propret\u00e9 ; en d\u2019autres termes, l\u2019aluminium liquide en amont peut \u00eatre trait\u00e9 par d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nation au gaz ou par flux, selon les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Si les mesures susmentionn\u00e9es ne sont pas prises, la filtration et la purification d'un bain de fusion \u00e0 forte teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne et en oxyg\u00e8ne, contenant de nombreuses inclusions non m\u00e9talliques et des alliages d'aluminium de grande taille, non seulement r\u00e9duiront l'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration, mais entra\u00eeneront \u00e9galement un colmatage rapide du filtre, ce qui se traduira par une augmentation des co\u00fbts et des r\u00e9sultats de purification insatisfaisants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite des mesures susmentionn\u00e9es, la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de la masse d'alliage en fusion a \u00e9t\u00e9 ramen\u00e9e \u00e0 un niveau tr\u00e8s bas, et la taille des inclusions d'oxyde pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse en fusion est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duite. Par cons\u00e9quent, l'utilisation de filtres en mousse d'aluminium fondu permet d'\u00e9liminer efficacement les inclusions d'oxyde fines et dispers\u00e9es, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration et r\u00e9duisant les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s \u00e0 la filtration et \u00e0 la purification.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, il est n\u00e9cessaire de prot\u00e9ger l'aluminium liquide filtr\u00e9 de haute qualit\u00e9 contre toute pollution secondaire ; en d'autres termes, les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires situ\u00e9s en aval du caisson de filtration doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences
