{"id":9524,"date":"2021-07-11T06:34:41","date_gmt":"2021-07-11T06:34:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=9524"},"modified":"2021-07-09T06:45:36","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T06:45:36","slug":"gap-in-nozzle-and-roller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/gap-in-nozzle-and-roller\/","title":{"rendered":"Jeu entre la buse et le rouleau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La taille de l'\u00e9cart entre la buse et le rouleau a une grande influence sur les stries longitudinales.<\/p>\n<p>En conditions normales de production, en raison d'une erreur de montage de la buse ou d'une qualit\u00e9 insuffisante de celle-ci, l'\u00e9cart entre la buse et le rouleau est trop faible ou partiellement irr\u00e9gulier. Les poudres broy\u00e9es par la buse apr\u00e8s le passage dans le rouleau et les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/casting-nozzle\/\">buse de coul\u00e9e<\/a> sont en contact, et les inclusions, telles que les scories d\u2019aluminium, se forment au cours des processus de coul\u00e9e et de laminage et s\u2019accumulent \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure de la buse. Lorsque l\u2019aluminium en fusion passe \u00e0 cet endroit, les conditions de cristallisation y sont diff\u00e9rentes de celles observ\u00e9es ailleurs. Il existe des diff\u00e9rences manifestes dans les conditions de cristallisation. \u00c0 la surface de la bobine coul\u00e9e-lamin\u00e9e, une diff\u00e9rence structurelle \u00e9vidente se forme en raison de ces conditions de cristallisation diff\u00e9rentes. Si cette diff\u00e9rence est importante, elle entra\u00eenera des d\u00e9fauts de la tige de nettoyage. Si elle est l\u00e9g\u00e8re, des rayures verticales appara\u00eetront.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les stries longitudinales form\u00e9es, elles sont imprim\u00e9es au m\u00eame endroit sur le rouleau et finissent par former progressivement une fine bande d'aluminium adh\u00e9rente et irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re sur toute la circonf\u00e9rence du rouleau. En raison de l'interaction entre le rouleau et la bobine lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud, il est difficile d'\u00e9liminer ces stries longitudinales en ligne. Elles s'\u00e9tendent parfois sur toute la longueur.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir ajust\u00e9 d'autres param\u00e8tres du processus, l'\u00e9cart entre la buse et le rouleau a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9 de 0,1 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le test d\u00e9montre qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pratiquement pas de stries \u00e0 la surface de la billette coul\u00e9e-lamin\u00e9e, que les stries longitudinales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien ma\u00eetris\u00e9es et que la qualit\u00e9 de surface de la billette a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Cependant, lorsque l'\u00e9cart entre les rouleaux de la buse est trop important, le film d'oxyde situ\u00e9 au niveau de cet \u00e9cart se rompt facilement et est entra\u00een\u00e9 vers la surface de la billette, formant ainsi des d\u00e9fauts de plissement du film d'oxyde. Dans les cas les plus graves, le film d'oxyde se rompt et provoque des fuites d'aluminium ; il convient donc d'\u00eatre prudent lors de l'augmentation de l'\u00e9cart entre les rouleaux de la buse.<\/p>\n<p>Les stries longitudinales constituent des d\u00e9fauts qui s'\u00e9tendent sur toute la longueur de la t\u00f4le lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud. Il s'agit de bandes brillantes, parfois profondes. Chaque strie longitudinale forme une strie correspondante dans le sens circonf\u00e9rentiel \u00e0 la surface du cylindre de laminage, qui doit \u00eatre polie au papier de verre pendant la production. Les stries longitudinales ne peuvent pas \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es de la surface de la feuille. Lorsque ces stries sont tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9es, des bandes claires et fonc\u00e9es apparaissent \u00e0 la surface de la feuille, ce qui nuit gravement \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de surface et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 globale du produit.<\/p>\n<p>En augmentant l'\u00e9cart entre le rouleau de coul\u00e9e et la buse de coul\u00e9e, et en optimisant la configuration du flux au niveau de la buse, les stries longitudinales pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 la surface de la t\u00f4le lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud sont r\u00e9duites, voire \u00e9limin\u00e9es.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The size of the gap in nozzle and roller has a great influence on the longitudinal streaks.
