{"id":9536,"date":"2021-07-11T07:21:33","date_gmt":"2021-07-11T07:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=9536"},"modified":"2021-07-09T07:46:46","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T07:46:46","slug":"molten-aluminum-hot-top-casting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/molten-aluminum-hot-top-casting\/","title":{"rendered":"Coul\u00e9e \u00e0 t\u00eate chaude d'aluminium fondu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s une certaine p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9gazage et de filtration, l'aluminium fondu entre dans la phase de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 haut-fourneau.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, la vitesse de coul\u00e9e commence \u00e0 augmenter, passant de la vitesse initiale \u00e0 la vitesse normale de coul\u00e9e ; la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e commence \u00e9galement \u00e0 augmenter pour atteindre la temp\u00e9rature normale de coul\u00e9e ; enfin, le d\u00e9bit d'eau de refroidissement (pression d'eau) passe du d\u00e9bit initial (pression d'eau) au d\u00e9bit normal (pression d'eau) de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de tenir compte des points suivants lors de la phase de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 t\u00eate chaude de l'aluminium fondu :<\/p>\n<p>(1) Cette \u00e9tape est celle qui pr\u00e9sente le plus de risques d'\u00e9chec dans le processus de coul\u00e9e ; elle est \u00e9galement source d'explosions, de br\u00fblures et d'autres accidents graves. Selon les statistiques disponibles, plus de 70% des accidents survenus lors de la coul\u00e9e se sont produits \u00e0 ce stade. Il convient donc d'accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce stade et de r\u00e9duire au minimum le nombre de personnes pr\u00e9sentes sur le site.<\/p>\n<p>(2) La vitesse de coul\u00e9e initiale est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comprise entre 50% et 70% de la vitesse de coul\u00e9e normale. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la vitesse de coul\u00e9e normale doit \u00eatre atteinte dans les 200 mm de longueur de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Le volume d'eau de refroidissement (pression d'eau) commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 augmenter par rapport au volume d'eau initial (pression d'eau) d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du temps de maintien. Lorsque la vitesse de coul\u00e9e atteint son niveau normal, le volume d'eau (pression d'eau) atteint \u00e9galement le volume d'eau de refroidissement (pression d'eau) normal pour la coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>(4) \u00c0 ce stade, il convient d'accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l'observation. Le moule pr\u00e9sentant une fuite d'aluminium doit \u00eatre colmat\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-fiber-plug\/\">bouchon en fibre c\u00e9ramique<\/a> \u00e0 temps pour \u00e9viter une fuite excessive d'aluminium, et ainsi pr\u00e9venir les explosions ou autres accidents.<\/p>\n<p>(5) \u00c0 ce stade, il est \u00e9galement facile de provoquer un colmatage par l\u2019aluminium d\u00fb \u00e0 la condensation de l\u2019aluminium dans le tube d\u2019aspiration. Les causes du colmatage par l\u2019aluminium sont nombreuses. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il est d\u00fb \u00e0 la basse temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019aluminium fondu ou \u00e0 des temps de remplissage et de maintien trop longs. Il convient de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une analyse sp\u00e9cifique dans le cadre de la production r\u00e9elle. L'aluminium du bouchon peut se refondre et s'\u00e9chapper pendant le processus de coul\u00e9e, provoquant une explosion. L'aluminium du bouchon peut \u00e9galement entra\u00eener un d\u00e9bit d'aluminium fondu trop faible \u00e0 un certain niveau, ce qui rend difficile le remplissage par l'aluminium fondu et, en fin de compte, la coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>(6) En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il convient d'interrompre la coul\u00e9e d\u00e8s que les fuites d'aluminium ou les bouchons d'aluminium atteignent plus de 5 moules, afin d'\u00e9viter tout danger.<\/p>\n<p>(7) \u00c0 ce stade, le niveau de liquide de la plate-forme de coul\u00e9e varie consid\u00e9rablement. \u00c9vitez autant que possible les gros rouleaux d\u2019aluminium fondu. Surveillez la vitesse d\u2019inclinaison du four vertical ou le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019\u0153illet manuel du four. Le niveau de liquide de la plate-forme doit \u00eatre ajust\u00e9 rapidement. Pour atteindre une valeur stable, celle-ci doit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure de 30 \u00e0 40 mm \u00e0 la surface la plus haute de la plate-forme.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a certain period of degassing and filtering, the molten aluminum begins to enter the molten aluminum hot top casting stage.
