Plus l'\u00e9paisseur du filtre est importante, plus l'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration est \u00e9lev\u00e9e ; plus la mati\u00e8re fondue traverse le filtre rapidement, plus l'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration est faible.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la production par coul\u00e9e et laminage, le volume de m\u00e9tal fondu filtr\u00e9 par unit\u00e9 de temps est faible et le d\u00e9bit est lent. De plus, l\u2019aluminium et les alliages tendres contiennent peu d\u2019inclusions, et celles-ci sont facilement absorb\u00e9es par le filtre, ce qui conf\u00e8re \u00e0 la filtration CFF un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9. Relativement parlant, la masse fondue d\u2019aluminium est relativement facile \u00e0 purifier. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, on utilise un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages de 50 PPI et 30 PPI <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/foam-ceramic-filters\/\">filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> sont utilis\u00e9s pour la filtration.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 la coul\u00e9e et au laminage, les conditions de production de la coul\u00e9e sont plus complexes. Le d\u00e9bit est important, et la filtration s'effectue de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que dans le processus de coul\u00e9e-laminage. Afin de garantir la m\u00eame efficacit\u00e9 de filtration, la section de passage du filtre doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e, de sorte que le d\u00e9bit par unit\u00e9 de surface du filtre soit \u00e9quivalent. D'autre part, la coul\u00e9e d'alliage d'aluminium dur contient de minuscules particules de scories en bien plus grande quantit\u00e9 que l'aluminium pur et les alliages tendres.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de garantir la qualit\u00e9 du produit final, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-melt-tubular-filter\/\">filtre tubulaire<\/a>, ce qui non seulement augmente la surface du filtre en contact avec la masse fondue, mais r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement le d\u00e9bit par unit\u00e9 de surface de la masse fondue, garantit l'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration et le d\u00e9bit total, et r\u00e9pond aux besoins de la production. Cependant, cela entra\u00eene une augmentation de la pression initiale de la masse fondue filtr\u00e9e, ce qui complique l'op\u00e9ration et augmente parall\u00e8lement le co\u00fbt de la filtration.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport au tube en corindon, le filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique pr\u00e9sente un diam\u00e8tre de pores plus important, une densit\u00e9 plus faible et une pr\u00e9cision de filtration moindre. Mais il est possible d'y rem\u00e9dier en augmentant le nombre d'\u00e9tapes de filtration : on peut ainsi recourir \u00e0 une filtration en deux ou trois \u00e9tapes pour am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision de filtration.
