Face \u00e0 une concurrence de plus en plus vive sur le march\u00e9, une purification efficace <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">flux de raffinage<\/a> sera sans aucun doute pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les entreprises de transformation de l'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Les sels fondus utilis\u00e9s dans la configuration de flux sont tous des sels non m\u00e9talliques, qui servent \u00e0 purifier l'aluminium fondu et \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les scories. Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la formation de scories secondaires provenant du flux lui-m\u00eame, la quantit\u00e9 de flux doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite au minimum, ce qui n\u00e9cessite d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la purification par flux ; tous les composants doivent pouvoir \u00eatre facilement s\u00e9par\u00e9s de l\u2019aluminium fondu une fois l\u2019action du flux termin\u00e9e. La quantit\u00e9 de fondant produite conform\u00e9ment aux normes nationales actuelles relatives aux produits de fondant est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 2 kg par tonne d\u2019aluminium, ce qui repr\u00e9sente pr\u00e8s de 400% de la consommation de produits \u00e9trangers similaires. Une utilisation excessive de fondant indique une faible efficacit\u00e9 de celui-ci. La m\u00e9thode fondamentale pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du flux reste une formulation pr\u00e9cise bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019analyse et le calcul du diagramme de phases, permettant de cerner avec exactitude le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019interaction entre les scories et les gaz dans le bain d\u2019aluminium en fusion, et de prendre pleinement en compte l\u2019effet du flux sur l\u2019\u00e9limination des m\u00e9taux alcalins Na, Li et Ca.<\/p>\n<p>La cible du flux hautement efficace destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la purification de l'aluminium fondu doit \u00eatre concentr\u00e9e. La cible de la formation de scories est principalement constitu\u00e9e des petites scories dispers\u00e9es dans l'aluminium fondu. La formation de scories et le d\u00e9gazage sont ax\u00e9s sur la formation de scories. Les m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux \u00e0 \u00e9liminer sont principalement le Na, le Li et le Ca. Des cibles de purification trop dispers\u00e9es nuiront \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du flux. Les scories de grande taille pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019aluminium fondu n\u2019ont aucun effet sur la teneur en air de celui-ci et peuvent \u00eatre facilement \u00e9limin\u00e9es par des moyens physiques tels que le d\u00e9capage et la filtration. Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de les inclure dans la composition du fondant. \u00c9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 \u00e9liminer \u00e0 prendre en compte : les m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux autres que le Na, le Li et le Ca ont une tr\u00e8s faible probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019appara\u00eetre dans le bain d\u2019aluminium fondu, et leur \u00e9limination ne doit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas \u00eatre prise en compte dans la composition du fondant.<\/p>\n<p>Comme nous le savons tous, le flux est introduit dans l\u2019aluminium fondu par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du support afin d\u2019assurer la purification de la masse fondue. Une fois que le flux a pleinement agi sur la masse fondue, il faut le laisser reposer pendant un certain temps afin qu\u2019il remonte \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019aluminium fondu, puis qu\u2019il soit \u00e9vacu\u00e9. Cependant, aucun flux ne peut garantir une \u00e9limination totale de la masse fondue. Plus on utilise de flux, plus il en restera. L\u2019industrie exige de r\u00e9duire autant que possible la quantit\u00e9 de flux r\u00e9siduel dans la masse fondue. Le flux \u00e0 haut rendement constitue un moyen efficace d\u2019atteindre l\u2019objectif d\u2019une purification hautement efficace de la masse fondue avec une quantit\u00e9 relativement faible de flux. Par cons\u00e9quent, le rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 est un crit\u00e8re important pour \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un flux. La qualit\u00e9 de la masse fondue obtenue \u00e9tant l\u2019objectif vis\u00e9, plus la quantit\u00e9 de flux utilis\u00e9e est faible dans les m\u00eames conditions de proc\u00e9d\u00e9, plus la
