L'efficacit\u00e9 de l'affinage de l'aluminium fondu a une influence importante sur la formation de pores, de cavit\u00e9s de retrait et d'inclusions, et affecte directement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et m\u00e9caniques des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en alliage d'aluminium. Sans un aluminium fondu de haute qualit\u00e9, m\u00eame si les \u00e9tapes de traitement ult\u00e9rieures sont \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie, des d\u00e9fauts persisteront in\u00e9vitablement dans le produit une fois qu\u2019ils se seront form\u00e9s, et il sera difficile d\u2019obtenir des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es de haute qualit\u00e9. Il est donc essentiel de pr\u00eater attention aux gaz et aux inclusions pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, et de prendre des mesures pour les \u00e9liminer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gaz et inclusions dans l'aluminium fondu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le gaz pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium fondu est principalement constitu\u00e9 d'hydrog\u00e8ne (environ 80% \u00e0 90%), suivi de l'azote, de l'oxyg\u00e8ne et du monoxyde de carbone. L'hydrog\u00e8ne est pratiquement insoluble dans l'aluminium solide, mais pr\u00e9sente une grande solubilit\u00e9 dans l'aluminium liquide. La solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sur la ligne de phase solide est de 0,65 mL et de 0,034 mL pour 100 g d\u2019aluminium fondu ; autrement dit, la diff\u00e9rence entre la solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne en phase solide et en phase liquide est de 19,1 fois, et la teneur normale en hydrog\u00e8ne pour 100 g d\u2019aluminium fondu est comprise entre 0,1 et 0,4 ml. En raison de cette diff\u00e9rence de solubilit\u00e9, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne a tendance \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9chapper de la masse fondue. Lorsque la pression de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la tension superficielle et \u00e0 la pression hydrostatique, des bulles se forment, ce qui entra\u00eene l\u2019apparition de piq\u00fbres dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Par cons\u00e9quent, lors de la purification de la masse fondue d\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium, le principal probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, lorsque la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne pour 100 g d\u2019aluminium est comprise entre 0,1 et 0,2 ml, les exigences de production sont satisfaites. Pour les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es soumises \u00e0 des exigences particuli\u00e8res, la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne pour 100 g d\u2019aluminium doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,06 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Les inclusions d\u00e9signent tous les solides et substances autres que les liquides se trouvant au-dessus de la ligne de liquidus. Parmi les impuret\u00e9s non m\u00e9talliques courantes pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, on trouve notamment des oxydes, des nitrures, des carbures, des borures, etc., dont la plupart se pr\u00e9sentent sous forme granulaire, avec une taille de particules typique comprise entre 1 et 30 \u00b5m. \u00c0 l\u2019exception des charges d\u2019alimentation, il s\u2019agit du produit d\u2019une r\u00e9action chimique survenant au cours du processus de fusion. L\u2019\u00e9paisseur du film d\u2019oxyde \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019aluminium est comprise entre 2 et 10 \u00b5m, et elle atteint 200 \u00b5m \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du point de fusion. Le film d\u2019oxyde \u00e0 la surface du bain de fusion est non seulement plus \u00e9pais, mais sa structure a \u00e9galement chang\u00e9. La face tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019aluminium fondu est dense et exerce un effet protecteur sur celui-ci, tandis que la face ext\u00e9rieure est poreuse, comportant de petits trous d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre de 5 \u00e0 10 \u00b5m, remplis d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, d\u2019air et de vapeur d\u2019eau. Si le film liquide est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aluminium fondu, cela augmentera la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019impuret\u00e9s et de gaz.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, certains compos\u00e9s interm\u00e9talliques primaires ind\u00e9sirables, tels que l'aluminium-zirconium, l'aluminium-titane, etc., apparaissent dans les masses fondues fortement alli\u00e9es. L'alliage d'aluminium contenant du fer forme \u00e9galement une phase Al-Fe riche en fer, qui correspond \u00e0 la phase Al-Si-Fe. La phase Al-Si-Fe est un compos\u00e9 aciculaire qui endommage gravement la matrice d'aluminium et alt\u00e8re ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9836\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Aluminum-Casting-Flux-Purification.jpg\" alt=\"Purification du flux utilis\u00e9 dans la coul\u00e9e d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Aluminum-Casting-Flux-Purification.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Aluminum-Casting-Flux-Purification-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Il existe une forte interaction entre les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans l'alliage d'aluminium et le gaz, et la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de l'aluminium fondu est fortement influenc\u00e9e par ces inclusions. Lorsque la teneur en inclusions est respectivement de 0,002% et 0,02%, la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne correspondante est respectivement de 0,2 ml\/100 g d'Al et 0,35 ml\/100 g d'Al.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e9gale, plus la teneur en inclusions est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le taux de trous d'\u00e9pingle est important. \u00c0 l'inverse, lorsque la teneur en impuret\u00e9s de l'aluminium fondu est tr\u00e8s faible, la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s faible. M\u00eame si de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est introduit artificiellement, il se pr\u00e9cipite automatiquement et revient rapidement \u00e0 sa teneur initiale. M\u00eame en pr\u00e9sence d'une faible quantit\u00e9 d'inclusions, cela peut r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la concentration critique de stomates.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, en l'absence d'inclusions, la concentration critique en hydrog\u00e8ne n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la formation de pores peut atteindre 0,3 ml\/100 g d'Al. Par cons\u00e9quent, l'\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s et des gaz doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e simultan\u00e9ment, ce qui rev\u00eat une importance tout aussi grande.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tat actuel de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-melt-purification\/\">purification de la masse fondue d'alliage d'aluminium<\/a> Sur le plan technologique, le traitement complet de la purification et de l'affinage du grain de l'aluminium liquide constitue le probl\u00e8me fondamental pour obtenir une purification de haute qualit\u00e9 des alliages d'aluminium fondus. En fonction des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de production, le traitement de purification de l'aluminium fondu peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en traitement en four et traitement hors four. Le traitement en four des alliages d\u2019aluminium peut \u00eatre class\u00e9 en deux cat\u00e9gories selon le m\u00e9canisme de purification : la technologie de purification par adsorption et la technologie de purification sans adsorption. La purification par adsorption repose principalement sur l\u2019effet d\u2019adsorption des inclusions oxyd\u00e9es produites par le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-agents\/\">agent de raffinage<\/a>, tout en \u00e9liminant les inclusions oxyd\u00e9es et l'hydrog\u00e8ne fix\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface, ce qui permet de purifier l'aluminium fondu. La purification sans adsorption s\u2019appuie sur d\u2019autres effets physiques et chimiques pour purifier l\u2019aluminium fondu. L\u2019effet de purification de la m\u00e9thode par adsorption ne se produit qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019interface d\u2019adsorption, tandis que celui de la m\u00e9thode sans adsorption agit
