A AdTech se dedica \u00e0 pesquisa e desenvolvimento, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de fundentes granulados para o processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio. O agente refinador \u00e9 capaz de purificar as inclus\u00f5es de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e os gases presentes no metal, com o objetivo de remover esc\u00f3ria e g\u00e1s. Seus principais ingredientes s\u00e3o cloretos e outros compostos. Ap\u00f3s o tratamento t\u00e9rmico e a peneira\u00e7\u00e3o, ele assume um tamanho uniforme. Sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o do nitrog\u00eanio ou do arg\u00f4nio como g\u00e1s transportador, o fluxo de refino para a fus\u00e3o de latas de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 injetado na massa fundida duas vezes por meio do tanque de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00f3. Ap\u00f3s altera\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas no alum\u00ednio fundido, in\u00fameras pequenas bolhas contendo esc\u00f3ria oxidada s\u00e3o separadas e formadas. N\u00e3o afeta o efeito de metamorfismo do estr\u00f4ncio. O agente de limpeza de esc\u00f3ria possui baixa tens\u00e3o superficial, boa umectabilidade na superf\u00edcie do metal fundido e n\u00e3o se separa facilmente do metal. Ap\u00f3s nivelar a carga do forno, espalhe uniformemente uma camada de fluxo em p\u00f3 seco para cobri-la e espalhe o fluxo sobre a superf\u00edcie do metal fundido exposto imediatamente, a fim de evitar a inala\u00e7\u00e3o. O m\u00e9todo do fluxo tem um bom efeito na remo\u00e7\u00e3o de impurezas, mas seu efeito de remo\u00e7\u00e3o depende em grande parte das caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas e qu\u00edmicas do pr\u00f3prio fluxo e do processo de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, tais como a quantidade de fluxo, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de contato entre o fluxo e o metal fundido e a temperatura de processamento. A capacidade de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo depende de sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica. No que diz respeito \u00e0 liga de alum\u00ednio, quando as demais condi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o as mesmas, a capacidade de umecta\u00e7\u00e3o e adsor\u00e7\u00e3o do cloreto \u00e9 superior \u00e0 do fluoreto; o cloreto de metal alcalino \u00e9 melhor do que o de metal alcalino-terroso; e a mistura de cloreto de s\u00f3dio e cloreto de pot\u00e1ssio \u00e9 mais eficaz do que o cloreto puro. A adi\u00e7\u00e3o de fluoreto (como a criolita) \u00e0 mistura de cloreto de s\u00f3dio e cloreto de pot\u00e1ssio melhora significativamente sua capacidade de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6105\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Fluxes-2.jpg\" alt=\"Fluxos de refino\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Fluxes-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Fluxes-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a finalidade do uso do fundente para ligas de alum\u00ednio, os seguintes requisitos devem ser atendidos na sele\u00e7\u00e3o e na produ\u00e7\u00e3o do fundente.<\/p>\n<p>O ponto de fus\u00e3o do fundente deve ser pr\u00f3ximo ao do metal, e o ponto de fus\u00e3o ideal situa-se entre a temperatura de fus\u00e3o e a temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Dessa forma, o fundente pode ser fundido junto com o metal durante a fus\u00e3o para alcan\u00e7ar o efeito de refino, al\u00e9m de impedir que o fundente flua para o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o junto com o metal durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e a lamina\u00e7\u00e3o. O ponto de fus\u00e3o do fluxo para alum\u00ednio e ligas de alum\u00ednio \u00e9, preferencialmente, de 680 a 700 \u2103.<\/p>\n<p>A densidade do fundente deve ser significativamente diferente da densidade do metal ou da liga a ser fundida, de modo que o fundente possa flutuar ou afundar no metal fundido ap\u00f3s adsorver e dissolver os \u00f3xidos, facilitando a remo\u00e7\u00e3o da esc\u00f3ria. No caso do alum\u00ednio e das ligas de alum\u00ednio, a densidade do fundente deve ser a menor poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>Os fundentes destinados a diferentes finalidades devem apresentar tens\u00f5es superficiais distintas. A tens\u00e3o superficial do agente de cobertura protetora deve ser baixa para aumentar a umectabilidade e o efeito de cobertura da superf\u00edcie do metal fundido. O fluxo de refino deve ter uma tens\u00e3o superficial adequadamente alta, de modo que possa n\u00e3o apenas absorver e dissolver as inclus\u00f5es oxidadas no metal fundido, mas tamb\u00e9m ser f\u00e1cil de separar do metal fundido.<\/p>\n<p>O fluxo deve ter uma viscosidade adequada para garantir boa fluidez, de modo que uma camada protetora cont\u00ednua de fluxo possa ser formada rapidamente.<\/p>\n<p>O solvente deve possuir boa capacidade de refino, capaz n\u00e3o apenas de absorver e dissolver as inclus\u00f5es oxidadas na massa fundida, mas tamb\u00e9m de remover o g\u00e1s presente nela.
