{"id":10002,"date":"2021-08-20T06:44:05","date_gmt":"2021-08-20T06:44:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=10002"},"modified":"2021-08-20T06:44:05","modified_gmt":"2021-08-20T06:44:05","slug":"aluminum-foundry-refining-agent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/aluminum-foundry-refining-agent\/","title":{"rendered":"Agente de refino para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Um bom agente de refino para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio deve ter grande capacidade de adsorver e dissolver inclus\u00f5es, um baixo ponto de fus\u00e3o e bom desempenho na separa\u00e7\u00e3o entre esc\u00f3ria e alum\u00ednio, al\u00e9m de fazer com que certos componentes do agente de refino alterem as propriedades do g\u00e1s do forno quando aquecidos e derretidos, formando uma atmosfera redutora para diminuir a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p>Ao selecionar um agente de refino para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio, al\u00e9m de levar em conta as propriedades f\u00edsicas do agente de refino (tais como ponto de fus\u00e3o, viscosidade, tens\u00e3o superficial, densidade, volatilidade etc.), tamb\u00e9m devem ser consideradas as caracter\u00edsticas da intera\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica do agente de refino com os metais e os meios gasosos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vantagens do agente de refino para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isso contribui para a remo\u00e7\u00e3o da camada de \u00f3xido na interface entre o alum\u00ednio fundido e o agente de refino, bem como para a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de inclus\u00f5es e gases.<br \/>\nEle reage facilmente com o alum\u00ednio fundido, promovendo a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o da camada de \u00f3xido, e o hidrog\u00eanio pode escapar da superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio fundido.<br \/>\nTem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de dissolver e adsorver inclus\u00f5es, o que contribui para a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de inclus\u00f5es e gases.<br \/>\nQuando o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-flux\/\">fluxo de refino<\/a> Como desempenha principalmente uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o protetora, deve-se selecionar um cloreto de sal que seja inerte ao alum\u00ednio fundido.
