Geralmente, h\u00e1 duas formas de entrar na caixa de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p>1) O fundo do canal de vazamento fica mais alto do que a parte superior da caixa frontal, e o alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 injetado a partir da parte superior da caixa frontal. Nesse caso, se o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido no tanque frontal for mantido est\u00e1vel, ele n\u00e3o oscilar\u00e1 para cima nem para baixo.<\/p>\n<p>2) O fundo da calha de fluxo fica abaixo da parte superior da caixa frontal, e o fluxo de l\u00edquido \u00e9 injetado pela parte central e superior da caixa frontal.<\/p>\n<p>Devido \u00e0 grande diferen\u00e7a entre o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> e a entrada do alum\u00ednio fundido; essa entrada \u00e9 geralmente utilizada para controlar o fluxo do l\u00edquido por meio de fibra cer\u00e2mica <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refractory-fiber-cone\/\">retirar os cones<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Quando o tamp\u00e3o de fibra cer\u00e2mica est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo da parte inferior do orif\u00edcio, o alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 injetado pela abertura entre a parte superior do orif\u00edcio e o tamp\u00e3o de fibra cer\u00e2mica, o que frequentemente forma ondas na superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido, fazendo com que o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido flutue, o que, por sua vez, faz com que o menisco na abertura do rolo do bico flutue. Como resultado, surgem ondula\u00e7\u00f5es na superf\u00edcie da tira laminada por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Se o cone estiver pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 parte superior do orif\u00edcio, o alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 injetado pela abertura entre a parte inferior do orif\u00edcio e o cone de sa\u00edda. Nesse momento, o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido no tanque dianteiro est\u00e1 basicamente est\u00e1vel, mas ainda h\u00e1 flutua\u00e7\u00f5es sob a superf\u00edcie est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Essa onda \u00e9 difratada pela abertura de sa\u00edda e transmitida para o espa\u00e7o entre o rolo do bico, fazendo com que o menisco oscile e que a tira produza ondula\u00e7\u00f5es na \u00e1gua. Para reduzir ou eliminar esse tipo de ondula\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1gua, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio impedir que as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es causadas pela inje\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de alum\u00ednio fundido na entrada sejam transmitidas para a parte frontal da pe\u00e7a fundida e para o rolo. Portanto, um filtro vertical pode ser inserido entre a entrada e a sa\u00edda da caixa frontal para impedir a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o e a difra\u00e7\u00e3o da onda, o que pode reduzir ou eliminar as ondula\u00e7\u00f5es na \u00e1gua. Se voc\u00ea aumentar adequadamente a \u00e1rea da superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido entre o filtro e a sa\u00edda, o efeito ser\u00e1 mais evidente.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, outras medidas tamb\u00e9m podem ser adotadas no processo, como reduzir ou eliminar ao m\u00e1ximo a folga entre os rolos do bico para diminuir ou eliminar as ondula\u00e7\u00f5es causadas pela \u00e1gua. No entanto, quando a folga entre os rolos do bico \u00e9 reduzida at\u00e9 certo ponto, podem surgir defeitos como marcas de rolo e segrega\u00e7\u00e3o superficial na superf\u00edcie da tira. Diminuir a temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o ou a velocidade de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, aumentar a tens\u00e3o superficial da pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido de alum\u00ednio no menisco na abertura entre os rolos do bico, aumentar o raio de curvatura do menisco, reduzir as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es do menisco e reduzir ou eliminar as ondula\u00e7\u00f5es da \u00e1gua.
