O filtro cer\u00e2mico de espuma \u00e9 um novo tipo de filtro para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de metal fundido, desenvolvido para reduzir defeitos nas pe\u00e7as fundidas e utilizado para filtrar impurezas do metal l\u00edquido. A estrutura da rede de poros permite aumentar a \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie, absorver o material sinterizado e tornar o metal fundido mais puro. A quantidade de rejeitos, como buracos de areia e poros, \u00e9 bem menor, e a qualidade das pe\u00e7as fundidas \u00e9 muito melhor.<\/p>\n

A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de lingotes e tarugos de alum\u00ednio para a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de alum\u00ednio de alta qualidade exige que o alum\u00ednio fundido esteja relativamente livre de inclus\u00f5es, como s\u00f3lidos insol\u00faveis ou impurezas l\u00edquidas imisc\u00edveis. Isso visa garantir que os lingotes ou tarugos fabricados posteriormente atendam aos rigorosos requisitos de produtos de alta qualidade, como materiais de embalagem r\u00edgidos e flex\u00edveis, produtos aeroespaciais (extrudados, chapas, placas, pe\u00e7as forjadas), litografia, condensadores automotivos e acabamentos brilhantes. O filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica apresenta caracter\u00edsticas como alta permeabilidade, boa resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica e resist\u00eancia ao choque t\u00e9rmico, qualidade est\u00e1vel, e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 perda de impurezas em altas temperaturas, independentemente de se tratar de um produto de grande porte ou de um produto PPI de pequeno porte. Vantagens em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos materiais filtrantes tradicionais: Possui estabilidade t\u00e9rmica e qu\u00edmica em altas temperaturas, evitando rea\u00e7\u00f5es qu\u00edmicas com o metal fundido ap\u00f3s a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o. Devido ao seu material composto cer\u00e2mico puro, apresenta alta porosidade e boa resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica em altas temperaturas. Nenhuma part\u00edcula ou p\u00f3 cer\u00e2mico ser\u00e1 perdido durante o processo de filtragem. Baixa perda de carga, opera\u00e7\u00e3o conveniente e economia de energia. Faz com que o metal flua suavemente, evita salpicos e refluxo, melhorando assim a qualidade da superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a fundida, prevenindo a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o dos poros e, por fim, reduzindo a taxa de rejei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
