Quando a liga de alum\u00ednio secund\u00e1ria fundida \u00e9 resfriada, as impurezas n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas s\u00f3lidas se distribuem nos limites dos gr\u00e3os, o que reduz as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da liga. Para garantir o desempenho da liga regenerada, a remo\u00e7\u00e3o das impurezas da massa fundida \u00e9 importante para a pr\u00f3xima fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O m\u00e9todo de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de impurezas na massa fundida de metal<\/h2>\n

(1) O m\u00e9todo de filtragem consiste em fazer passar a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida pelo material filtrante para remover as impurezas. Quando a liga fundida passa pelo filtro, as part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas s\u00e3o retidas pelo filtro.<\/p>\n

Filtros de espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> (CFF) t\u00eam sido amplamente utilizados para filtrar impurezas do alum\u00ednio fundido nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Com o aumento da demanda por produtos de alum\u00ednio de alta qualidade, a filtragem de metal fundido por meio de filtros de espuma cer\u00e2mica tem se mostrado um m\u00e9todo ideal para melhorar a qualidade do metal.<\/p>\n

\"Tecnologia<\/p>\n

(2) O refinamento a g\u00e1s \u00e9 realizado por meio da inje\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s inerte na esc\u00f3ria. Quando o g\u00e1s introduzido se difunde na massa fundida, o hidrog\u00eanio dissolvido no l\u00edquido da liga se difunde nas pequenas bolhas do g\u00e1s injetado. Ao mesmo tempo, isso tamb\u00e9m remove \u00f3xidos e outras impurezas insol\u00faveis. Assim como na flota\u00e7\u00e3o, as inclus\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o adsorvidas pelas pequenas bolhas e, em seguida, flutuam at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do material fundido.<\/p>\n

(3) O refino de sal utiliza fundentes para remover gases e inclus\u00f5es n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas do metal fundido. Ao serem introduzidos no alum\u00ednio fundido como fundente, eles geram g\u00e1s de haleto de alum\u00ednio e se dissipam.<\/p>\n

Fluxo granular<\/a> \u00e9 uma linha de fluxos ecologicamente corretos utilizados no tratamento de alum\u00ednio e ligas de alum\u00ednio em estado fundido.
