{"id":11198,"date":"2021-11-14T08:35:55","date_gmt":"2021-11-14T08:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=11198"},"modified":"2021-11-12T08:41:22","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T08:41:22","slug":"metal-melt-refining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/metal-melt-refining\/","title":{"rendered":"Refinamento de metal fundido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A maioria dos fabricantes de pe\u00e7as fundidas e laminadas utiliza arg\u00f4nio ou nitrog\u00eanio de alta pureza como g\u00e1s de transporte para o refinamento e purifica a massa fundida injetando fundentes na massa fundida para esse fim.<\/p>\n<p>Como o g\u00e1s inerte \u00e9 insol\u00favel no alum\u00ednio, quando pequenas bolhas uniformes de g\u00e1s inerte s\u00e3o injetadas na solu\u00e7\u00e3o, a press\u00e3o do hidrog\u00eanio na solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 maior do que a press\u00e3o no interior das bolhas; assim, o hidrog\u00eanio presente no metal continuar\u00e1 a se difundir para dentro das bolhas de g\u00e1s inerte at\u00e9 que a diferen\u00e7a de press\u00e3o chegue a zero, atingindo-se o equil\u00edbrio. Durante o processo de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o das bolhas, uma parte do hidrog\u00eanio presente na solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 removida. Devido \u00e0 tens\u00e3o superficial da bolha, as impurezas suspensas na solu\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o adsorvidas na superf\u00edcie da bolha, e uma parte da esc\u00f3ria tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 removida durante a flutua\u00e7\u00e3o das bolhas. Portanto, quanto mais bolhas forem injetadas na massa fundida, melhor, e quanto mais densas, melhor.<\/p>\n<p>O refinamento do metal fundido utiliza principalmente <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/powder-fluxes\/\">fluxo em p\u00f3<\/a>, e o fluxo \u00e9 composto principalmente por cloretos, fluoretos e carbonatos. Por meio da adsor\u00e7\u00e3o, dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o e rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica dos sais, bem como da adsor\u00e7\u00e3o das bolhas de material vol\u00e1til geradas, alcan\u00e7a-se o objetivo de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria e de gases.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 muitas inclus\u00f5es oxidadas e um alto teor de esc\u00f3ria no alum\u00ednio fundido. O teor de inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria no alum\u00ednio prim\u00e1rio eletrol\u00edtico \u00e9 geralmente de 1% a 2%. Trata-se de impurezas prejudiciais, que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 afetam o desempenho da folha de alum\u00ednio, mas tamb\u00e9m causam facilmente rachaduras ou quebra da tira durante o processo de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o da folha.<\/p>\n<p>A impureza gasosa no l\u00edquido de alum\u00ednio eletrol\u00edtico \u00e9 principalmente hidrog\u00eanio (cerca de 70% a 90%). O teor de hidrog\u00eanio na solu\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio eletrol\u00edtico \u00e9 superior a 0,30 ml\/(100 gAl). Quando a desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 completa, o hidrog\u00eanio precipitado durante a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o da chapa fundida e laminada se acumula na parte frontal do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando a chapa fundida e laminada \u00e9 laminada, ela \u00e9 continuamente conduzida para fora, formando um canal de ar.
