O sistema de canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o aquecido transporta o alum\u00ednio fundido do forno at\u00e9 o sistema de filtragem de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a m\u00e1quina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o, o que constitui o m\u00e9todo mais avan\u00e7ado. O canal minimiza a turbul\u00eancia e a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o no metal fundido. Al\u00e9m disso, como o metal flui suavemente at\u00e9 o forno de reten\u00e7\u00e3o, elimina-se a m\u00e3o de obra de transbordo, bem como o uso de monotrilhos, empilhadeiras e conchas de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.
