O defletor da calha da AdTech est\u00e1 integrado \u00e0 calha para atender ao processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alta precis\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00e3 de folha de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n

O defletor da calha apresenta excelentes caracter\u00edsticas de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 eros\u00e3o, resist\u00eancia ao impacto, resist\u00eancia ao frio e ao calor, \u00e9 de alum\u00ednio antiaderente, n\u00e3o sofre rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica com o alum\u00ednio e possui baixo coeficiente de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica. Ele mant\u00e9m uma forma est\u00e1vel \u00e0 temperatura de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o absorve umidade, \u00e9 dur\u00e1vel e n\u00e3o contamina o alum\u00ednio fundido.<\/p>\n

A barragem de canaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita de materiais inorg\u00e2nicos, sendo a principal fase cristalina a xonotlita, que possui propriedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas est\u00e1veis. O produto n\u00e3o adere \u00e0 \u00e1gua de alum\u00ednio. O material de base do produto \u00e9 sintetizado hidrot\u00e9rmicamente a partir de materiais siliciosos e calc\u00e1rios e apresenta excelente desempenho de isolamento t\u00e9rmico. N\u00e3o cont\u00e9m cimento, n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m resina e n\u00e3o reage nem corr\u00f3i outros materiais.<\/p>\n

A AdTech defletor do canal de lavagem<\/a> \u00e9 utilizado em conjunto com o molde. Ao ajustar o defletor do canal de fluxo, o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido filtrado entra primeiro na regi\u00e3o anular formada pelo corpo do defletor de esc\u00f3ria, e a esc\u00f3ria, como a esc\u00f3ria de \u00f3xido, pode ser conduzida para o cristalizador. Possui excelentes caracter\u00edsticas antiaderentes ao alum\u00ednio, n\u00e3o apresenta ader\u00eancia de alum\u00ednio, tem baixa absor\u00e7\u00e3o de calor e n\u00e3o requer pr\u00e9-aquecimento antes do uso. N\u00e3o causa polui\u00e7\u00e3o ao produto.<\/p>\n

O tratamento de revestimento da superf\u00edcie do defletor permite obter o efeito de superf\u00edcie esmaltada e de alum\u00ednio antiaderente, evitando completamente os efeitos adversos sobre o sil\u00edcio fundido (incluindo outros metais). O produto possui excelentes propriedades de alum\u00ednio antiaderente, ao mesmo tempo em que garante a intera\u00e7\u00e3o do metal fundido entre diferentes pe\u00e7as fundidas.<\/p>\n
