O agente de refino de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um fluxo em p\u00f3 branco ou granular, geralmente preparado pela mistura de v\u00e1rios sais inorg\u00e2nicos em determinada propor\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a secagem. Ele desempenha um papel muito importante em muitos processos de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de metais.<\/p>\n

Fluxo de alum\u00ednio<\/a> \u00e9 utilizado principalmente para remover o hidrog\u00eanio e a esc\u00f3ria de \u00f3xido flutuante do alum\u00ednio fundido, de modo que o alum\u00ednio fundido fique mais puro, al\u00e9m de ter o efeito de limpar a esc\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Alguns componentes do fluxo de alum\u00ednio se decomp\u00f5em facilmente em altas temperaturas, e o g\u00e1s gerado reage facilmente com o hidrog\u00eanio, apresenta forte for\u00e7a de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o com a esc\u00f3ria e se dissipa rapidamente da massa fundida. Outros ingredientes t\u00eam a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de remover a esc\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

O fluxo de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 adequado para ligas comuns de alum\u00ednio (ligas com alto teor de magn\u00e9sio e ligas de alum\u00ednio-magn\u00e9sio), bem como para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio puro, o refinamento por desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

\"Agente<\/p>\n

Com a adi\u00e7\u00e3o do Agente de Refino para Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, as inclus\u00f5es de hidrog\u00eanio e de esc\u00f3ria de \u00f3xido flutuante no alum\u00ednio fundido podem ser removidas de forma eficaz, permitindo que o alum\u00ednio fundido se torne mais puro. Al\u00e9m disso, alguns componentes do agente de refino se decomp\u00f5em facilmente em altas temperaturas e geram um novo g\u00e1s, que reage facilmente com o hidrog\u00eanio, o que faz com que a esc\u00f3ria escape rapidamente da massa fundida; outros componentes tamb\u00e9m atuam como agentes de limpeza de esc\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Ainda existem requisitos rigorosos quanto ao uso e \u00e0 dosagem dos agentes de refino, que geralmente desempenham principalmente a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de degaseamento, refino e limpeza de esc\u00f3ria durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio met\u00e1lico. \u00c9 importante tamb\u00e9m dominar o uso e a dosagem do agente de refino ao utiliz\u00e1-lo. Geralmente, o agente de refino pode ser espalhado sobre a superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido e, ap\u00f3s agita\u00e7\u00e3o completa, pode-se deixar repousar para que a esc\u00f3ria se separe. No processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o propriamente dito, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel utilizar uma m\u00e1quina de jato para remover a esc\u00f3ria; \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel pulverizar o agente de refino no alum\u00ednio fundido com g\u00e1s inerte.<\/p>\n

Os agentes de refino s\u00e3o utilizados no pr\u00f3prio processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o industrial. A quantidade de agentes de refino \u00e9 geralmente de cerca de 0,3% do peso do alum\u00ednio fundido, dependendo da pureza do alum\u00ednio fundido.
