Desde 2012, nossa empresa vem realizando pesquisa e desenvolvimento de canaletas completas, unidades de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e unidades de filtragem por placas. Oferecemos servi\u00e7os integrados para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio de alta precis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/aluminum-casting-launder\/\">Canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio<\/a> elimina os custos com equipamentos e m\u00e3o de obra, bem como os riscos inerentes, associados \u00e0 transfer\u00eancia do alum\u00ednio fundido do forno de fus\u00e3o para os tr\u00eas fornos de reten\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de empilhadeiras e conchas de transfer\u00eancia. O canal de transfer\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m mant\u00e9m o alum\u00ednio fundido em uma temperatura definida at\u00e9 que ele chegue aos fornos de reten\u00e7\u00e3o, o que significa que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 perda de temperatura durante a transfer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>De modo geral, esse sistema de canaletas para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio economiza energia ao eliminar duas etapas de vazamento: uma do forno de fus\u00e3o para a concha de transfer\u00eancia e outra da concha de transfer\u00eancia para o forno de reten\u00e7\u00e3o. Utiliza um novo material de fus\u00e3o com alto teor de sil\u00edcio, que \u00e9 resistente \u00e0 corros\u00e3o, n\u00e3o adere ao alum\u00ednio fundido e n\u00e3o contamina o alum\u00ednio fundido. \u00c9 capaz de atender aos requisitos de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio de alto valor agregado e desempenho de alta tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>O canal de transporte de metal fundido \u00e9 instalado entre o forno e a m\u00e1quina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e possui dupla fun\u00e7\u00e3o: transporte e isolamento. \u00c9 utilizado principalmente no transporte de alum\u00ednio fundido entre o forno, o forno de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a plataforma de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, a unidade de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a unidade de filtragem para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de precis\u00e3o de
