{"id":17998,"date":"2022-08-23T06:47:11","date_gmt":"2022-08-23T06:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=17998"},"modified":"2022-08-24T07:52:59","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T07:52:59","slug":"ceramic-foam-results-discussion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/ceramic-foam-results-discussion\/","title":{"rendered":"Discuss\u00e3o dos resultados da espuma cer\u00e2mica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">Espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> Discuss\u00e3o dos resultados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1 Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e umecta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><strong>em<\/strong><strong>g<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> Normalmente, o filtro Bowland \u00e9 acionado por meio de uma coluna de gravidade de metal l\u00edquido, seguindo um procedimento recomendado de pr\u00e9-aquecimento. Em outras palavras, a coluna de gravidade for\u00e7a o metal a entrar e passar pela espuma cer\u00e2mica, deslocando grande parte do ar retido. As caracter\u00edsticas de umedecimento insatisfat\u00f3rias da alumina e a necessidade de remover o ar retido podem causar dificuldades no in\u00edcio do processo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o (principalmente com filtros de alta densidade de poros). As alturas t\u00edpicas das colunas de escorva industriais, para diferentes classes de filtros comerciais, est\u00e3o representadas na Fig. 2. Como pode ser observado na figura, a presen\u00e7a de um campo eletromagn\u00e9tico garante uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa na altura de coluna de metal necess\u00e1ria durante a inicializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Na Fig. 3 (a) e (b), imagens metalogr\u00e1ficas do 50 80PPIi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> \u00c9 apresentado o resultado de um experimento de escorva por gravidade com um cabe\u00e7ote met\u00e1lico de 100 mm acima do elemento filtrante. Como pode ser observado nas figuras, os experimentos falharam e o metal fundido solidificou-se sobre os elementos filtrantes, com uma aus\u00eancia quase total de penetra\u00e7\u00e3o do metal nos filtros. Isso, no entanto, era esperado com base nos dados de escorva industrial apresentados na Fig. 2.<\/p>\n<p>Ao aplicar um campo magn\u00e9tico de -0,16 T, os filtros estudados foram preparadas e umedecidas de forma quase perfeita utilizando os mesmos 100 mm de uma cabe\u00e7a met\u00e1lica; veja a Fig. 3 (c) e (d), que representam os resultados obtidos para tempos de tratamento de 3 e 10 minutos. As micrografias de SEM obtidas mostram uma umecta\u00e7\u00e3o significativamente melhorada, bem como a remo\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida do g\u00e1s com o aumento do tempo de agita\u00e7\u00e3o eletromagn\u00e9tica. Os fen\u00f4menos de agita\u00e7\u00e3o eletromagn\u00e9tica s\u00e3o agora objeto de um pedido de patente apresentado pelos autores deste artigo %<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18004\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18004\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18004\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83.jpg\" alt=\"espuma cer\u00e2mica\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83-120x120.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18004\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>2. Redistribui\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por gravidade, \u00e9 comum observar um bolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o denso acima da espuma cer\u00e2mica, bem como a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de pontes e entupimentos na parte superior do filtro. No entanto, no presente trabalho foram observadas mudan\u00e7as significativas na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o das part\u00edculas, tanto dentro quanto abaixo do meio filtrante, devido \u00e0 influ\u00eancia do campo eletromagn\u00e9tico; ver Fig. 4. Como pode ser visto na figura, ao utilizar for\u00e7as eletromagn\u00e9ticas, a maior densidade de part\u00edculas observada foi na \u00c1rea 2. Al\u00e9m disso, o refluxo do material fundido causado pelo efeito de curl nas for\u00e7as de Lorentz resultou em uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o mais elevada de part\u00edculas tamb\u00e9m na \u00c1rea 3. A \u00c1rea 4, no entanto, ficou praticamente livre de part\u00edculas, de modo que o l\u00edquido limpo reentra no filtro pela parte inferior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Conclus\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O presente estudo comprovou que, ao aplicar um campo eletromagn\u00e9tico, ocorre uma melhora substancial na umecta\u00e7\u00e3o entre a alumina e o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido em 30, 50 e 80 PPI <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> pode ser obtida com uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa da press\u00e3o de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria. Foi demonstrada uma ativa\u00e7\u00e3o quase perfeita de filtros de alta densidade de poros. Tamb\u00e9m foi observada uma redistribui\u00e7\u00e3o das part\u00edculas no interior do filtro. Com base nisso, fica claro que o fluxo em massa induzido eletromagneticamente garante que os meios filtrantes n\u00e3o entupam e altera o modo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, passando da filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por bolo para a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o em leito profundo e a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o com bolo no leito, no caso dos filtros de alta densidade de poros.<\/p>\n<p>Os autores gostariam de expressar sua gratid\u00e3o a Egil Torsetnes (NTNU, Trondheim, Noruega) pela ajuda na concep\u00e7\u00e3o e constru\u00e7\u00e3o do aparato experimental.
