Processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob alta press\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

A fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob alta press\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 conhecida como fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o. O alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido \u00e9 vertido na c\u00e2mara da prensa, e a cavidade do molde \u00e9 preenchida com alta press\u00e3o e em alta velocidade; o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido se solidifica sob press\u00e3o, formando uma pe\u00e7a fundida de alum\u00ednio. A AdTech oferece pe\u00e7as fundidas de alta temperatura<\/a> para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n

A press\u00e3o comumente utilizada na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o varia de 4 a 500 MPa, e a velocidade de enchimento do metal \u00e9 de 0,5 a 120 m\/s. Portanto, o tempo de enchimento do metal fundido \u00e9 extremamente curto, podendo preencher a cavidade em cerca de 0,01 a 0,2 segundos (dependendo do tamanho da pe\u00e7a fundida).     Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o por baixa press\u00e3o: No cadinho vedado, faz-se passar ar comprimido seco, e o metal l\u00edquido sobe pelo canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do canal de subida, sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o do g\u00e1s. Ele entra suavemente na cavidade atrav\u00e9s do canal interno, e a press\u00e3o do g\u00e1s \u00e9 mantida na superf\u00edcie do metal l\u00edquido no cadinho at\u00e9 que a pe\u00e7a fundida se solidifique completamente.
