{"id":2065,"date":"2020-05-27T10:23:01","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T10:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/?p=2065"},"modified":"2020-09-03T03:20:25","modified_gmt":"2020-09-03T03:20:25","slug":"fluxes-for-aluminum-alloys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/fluxes-for-aluminum-alloys\/","title":{"rendered":"Fluxos para ligas de alum\u00ednio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os fundentes para ligas de alum\u00ednio s\u00e3o geralmente compostos por cloretos e fluoretos de metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos, e seus principais componentes s\u00e3o KCl, NaCl, CaF, Na\u2083AlF\u2086, Na\u2082SiF\u2086, etc. As propriedades f\u00edsicas e qu\u00edmicas dos fundentes (ponto de fus\u00e3o, densidade, viscosidade, volatilidade, higroscopicidade e intera\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00f3xidos) desempenham um papel decisivo no efeito de refino.<\/p>\n<h2>Fluxos para ligas de alum\u00ednio<\/h2>\n<p>O sal de cloreto \u00e9 o componente b\u00e1sico mais comum nos fundentes para ligas de alum\u00ednio, sendo que a mistura de NaCl (45%) e KCl (55%) \u00e9 a mais amplamente utilizada. Isso se deve \u00e0 sua forte capacidade de se infiltrar no Al\u2082O\u2083 s\u00f3lido, nas inclus\u00f5es e na pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido, al\u00e9m de a densidade do NaCl e do KCl na temperatura de fus\u00e3o ser de apenas 1,55 g\/cm e 1,50 g\/cm, respectivamente, o que \u00e9 significativamente menor do que a do alum\u00ednio fundido. O fluxo de sais de fl\u00faor tamb\u00e9m pode remover com efic\u00e1cia a pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido da superf\u00edcie da massa fundida e melhorar o efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>(1) O fl\u00faor pode reagir quimicamente com o alum\u00ednio fundido, produzindo gases como AlF, SiF\u2084, BF\u2083, etc. Esses gases promovem a separa\u00e7\u00e3o da pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido do alum\u00ednio fundido e comprimem a pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido.<\/p>\n<p>(2) A corrente gerada na interface onde ocorre a rea\u00e7\u00e3o acima tamb\u00e9m faz com que a pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido seja \u201clavada\u201d e rompida. Al\u00e9m das propriedades f\u00edsicas e qu\u00edmicas do fundente, o grau de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m depende, em grande parte, das condi\u00e7\u00f5es do processo de refino. Tais como a quantidade de fundente, o tempo de contato e a \u00e1rea de contato do fundente com o metal fundido, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de agita\u00e7\u00e3o, a temperatura, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos de ligas de alum\u00ednio, a qualidade dos res\u00edduos varia, e a quantidade de agente de cobertura e de refinamento tamb\u00e9m difere. Ao fundir res\u00edduos de boa qualidade, a quantidade de agente de cobertura e de refinamento \u00e9 relativamente pequena. Ao fundir res\u00edduos de baixa qualidade, a quantidade de agente de cobertura e de refinamento \u00e9 grande. No caso de ligas de alum\u00ednio com alto teor de magn\u00e9sio, elas devem ser cobertas com fundentes sem sal de s\u00f3dio para evitar o contato com fundentes que contenham s\u00f3dio. Os agentes de refino sem s\u00f3dio s\u00e3o utilizados principalmente para lingotes planos de ligas com alto teor de magn\u00e9sio, como as 5052 e 5754.<\/p>\n<p>O m\u00e9todo de refino com fundente \u00e9 amplamente utilizado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. A liga de alum\u00ednio fundida \u00e9 refinada no forno; o fundente \u00e9 carregado no tanque de refino; o tubo de refino \u00e9 utilizado como ve\u00edculo por meio do sopro de g\u00e1s inerte, entrando continuamente no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido, e o fundente e a liga fundida s\u00e3o totalmente misturados. A agita\u00e7\u00e3o permite atingir o objetivo do refinamento. Quanto maior a intensidade da agita\u00e7\u00e3o e quanto mais uniforme for a pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00f3, melhor ser\u00e1 o efeito de refinamento.
