Isso afeta gravemente a qualidade das barras de alum\u00ednio fundidas, e essas impurezas devem ser removidas. No processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de barras de alum\u00ednio, o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido no forno de fus\u00e3o precisa passar por desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e filtragem. Normalmente, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a ajuda de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/degassing-unit\/\">sistema de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> e sistema de filtragem. Como a barragem da calha de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 localizada no meio do tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o fundo do defletor fica mais alto que o fundo do tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e mais baixo que o fundo do canal de fluxo, de modo que o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido flui para baixo. Atrav\u00e9s da abertura abaixo da barragem da calha de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, ele ent\u00e3o flui para fora do canal de escoamento, do outro lado do tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Dessa forma, o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido forma uma trajet\u00f3ria de fluxo em forma de \u201cU\u201d no tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso aumenta o tempo de perman\u00eancia no tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido, permitindo que impurezas, como o \u00f3xido de c\u00e1lcio misturado ao alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido, tenham tempo suficiente para se depositar.<\/p>\n<p>Como a densidade das impurezas \u00e9 menor do que a densidade do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido, as impurezas flutuam gradualmente at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio fundido, e o \u00f3xido de alum\u00ednio formado pelo contato entre o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e o oxig\u00eanio tamb\u00e9m flutua na superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido. Como o fundo do tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o fica mais baixo do que o fundo do canal de fluxo, quando o l\u00edquido de alum\u00ednio no canal de fluxo se esgota, ainda resta algum l\u00edquido de alum\u00ednio no tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o consegue escoar. Se ele se solidificar posteriormente, ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil de limpar, e essa parte do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 desperdi\u00e7ada. Portanto, um tubo de escoamento de alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido \u00e9 instalado na parte inferior da parede lateral do tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante o processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, o tubo de escoamento de alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido \u00e9 bloqueado por um tamp\u00e3o resistente a altas temperaturas para garantir o fluxo normal do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refractory-fiber-cone\/\">tamp\u00e3o de fibra cer\u00e2mica<\/a> \u00e9 removido, e o l\u00edquido de alum\u00ednio residual no tanque de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o flui para fora atrav\u00e9s do tubo de sa\u00edda de l\u00edquido de alum\u00ednio.
