Ao mesmo tempo, o material possui um efeito antiaderente e anti-infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o para o alum\u00ednio, e sua resist\u00eancia atende aos requisitos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o da calha da placa-matriz e da placa desviadora. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 simples e r\u00e1pida. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 de grande import\u00e2ncia garantir a seguran\u00e7a da placa-matriz por meio da alumina\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido.<br \/>\nComo material de isolamento t\u00e9rmico para o revestimento da placa de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, ele adota o m\u00e9todo de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o por vazamento, que permite a r\u00e1pida forma\u00e7\u00e3o de espuma e expans\u00e3o, resultando em uma estrutura porosa, com r\u00e1pida velocidade de endurecimento (em at\u00e9 uma hora \u00e0 temperatura ambiente). Ap\u00f3s a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, a placa pode ser submetida imediatamente ao processo de cozimento, sem necessidade de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio.<br \/>\nPrincipais indicadores: densidade de 0,3 a 0,5 g\/cm\u00b3, condutividade t\u00e9rmica de 0,3 W\/(m\u00b7K)\u207b\u00b9, temperatura de uso prolongado de 800 \u2103.<br \/>\nvantagem:<br \/>\n1. Se houver rachaduras no revestimento de trabalho, o material pode isolar eficazmente a penetra\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido e garantir a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\nfazer continuamente;<br \/>\n2. A fluidez do material \u00e9 boa, e a obra pode ser conclu\u00edda em 20 minutos ap\u00f3s o revestimento de trabalho ser posicionado.<br \/>\n3.
