Uma liga especial pode melhorar o desempenho da liga, resolvendo os problemas decorrentes do fato de o elemento ser facilmente inflam\u00e1vel, de seu alto ponto de fus\u00e3o dificultar a fus\u00e3o e de sua alta densidade facilitar a segrega\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, as part\u00edculas de TiB\u2082 na liga-m\u00e3e Al-Ti-B apresentam fen\u00f4menos evidentes de agrega\u00e7\u00e3o. Com o aumento do teor de sil\u00edcio, ocorre o corte de um grande n\u00famero de substratos da liga, a liga torna-se fr\u00e1gil e as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas s\u00e3o significativamente reduzidas.<br \/>\n2) Quando o teor de Si excede 6,0%, o tratamento de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o consiste em transformar o sil\u00edcio eut\u00e9tico em forma de agulha, escama e placa, bem como o sil\u00edcio cristalino prim\u00e1rio, em cristais equiaxiais finos e uniformes, a fim de melhorar as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas.<\/p>\n<h2>Tipo de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o: Liga intermedi\u00e1ria<\/h2>\n<p>Liga intermedi\u00e1ria do tipo purificadora: A principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 remover as impurezas nocivas da liga.
