Os canais de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o um dos equipamentos b\u00e1sicos para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio. A principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o do canal de fluxo fixo com revestimento \u00e9 conduzir o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido do forno de mistura at\u00e9 a m\u00e1quina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A \u00e1rea de opera\u00e7\u00e3o de canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> Era originalmente fabricado com um tipo tradicional de alvenaria mold\u00e1vel resistente a altas temperaturas. A superf\u00edcie desse tipo de ranhura tende a aderir facilmente ao alum\u00ednio durante o uso.<\/p>\n

O tempo de trabalho do operador durante a limpeza da calha chega a 30 minutos, e \u00e9 f\u00e1cil causar danos ao material de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, de modo que o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido em alta temperatura penetra no material de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e faz com que a chapa de a\u00e7o da calha se deforme gradualmente. A concha n\u00e3o pode ser utilizada normalmente por quatro meses.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, sempre que o tanque de convec\u00e7\u00e3o passa por manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio remover o material de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e corrigir a chapa de a\u00e7o da carca\u00e7a para que ela seja reconstru\u00edda, e o processo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o consome m\u00e3o de obra e materiais.<\/p>\n

Em resposta a esse problema, ap\u00f3s analisar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de uso das calhas de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o no mesmo setor, essa \u00e1rea operacional realizou sucessivas reformas na calha do forno de mistura em abril deste ano. A nova calha, ap\u00f3s a renova\u00e7\u00e3o, apresenta alta resist\u00eancia geral, grande densidade volum\u00e9trica unit\u00e1ria e uma cavidade interna revestida com material refrat\u00e1rio resistente a altas temperaturas e alum\u00ednio antiaderente, facilitando a limpeza da esc\u00f3ria interna.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o h\u00e1 danos nem rachaduras ao longo de tr\u00eas anos em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de alta temperatura, e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 vazamento de alum\u00ednio na interface e na parte inferior do canal de fluxo, o que elimina os riscos ocultos \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a decorrentes do vazamento de alum\u00ednio no canal de fluxo. O tempo necess\u00e1rio para desligar e limpar a ranhura de fluxo \u00e9 reduzido em 20 minutos, o que diminui a intensidade do trabalho dos oper\u00e1rios da ind\u00fastria do alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n

As pe\u00e7as com formato especial, resistentes ao calor e com isolamento t\u00e9rmico para altas temperaturas s\u00e3o, todas, produtos com formato especial que atendem \u00e0s etapas espec\u00edficas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de determinados setores industriais. Cada produto requer a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de um molde especial, de acordo com sua forma e tamanho, al\u00e9m de aditivos para atender aos requisitos de uso.<\/p>\n

Todos os produtos moldados resistentes ao calor e com isolamento t\u00e9rmico apresentam baixo encolhimento nessa faixa de temperatura e mant\u00eam as caracter\u00edsticas de alto isolamento t\u00e9rmico, leveza e resist\u00eancia ao impacto. Os materiais n\u00e3o aquecidos s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de cortar ou usinar durante o uso.
