Origem das inclus\u00f5es 5. Intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as inclus\u00f5es e o hidrog\u00eanio<br \/>\n1. G\u00e1s no alum\u00ednio fundido<br \/>\nO g\u00e1s presente no alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 principalmente hidrog\u00eanio, com um teor de 80%-90%, seguido por nitrog\u00eanio, oxig\u00eanio,<br \/>\nMon\u00f3xido de carbono; O hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 praticamente insol\u00favel no alum\u00ednio s\u00f3lido, mas muito sol\u00favel no l\u00edquido. Devido \u00e0 diferen\u00e7a de solubilidade, o hidrog\u00eanio tende a escapar da massa fundida. Quando a press\u00e3o do hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 maior do que a tens\u00e3o superficial e a press\u00e3o hidrost\u00e1tica, formam-se bolhas, o que, por sua vez, produz poros min\u00fasculos na pe\u00e7a fundida. Como o hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 produzido no alum\u00ednio fundido (1)?<br \/>\nO hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 um g\u00e1s que pode apresentar certa solubilidade no alum\u00ednio fundido. Esse fen\u00f4meno \u00e9 causado pelo alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e pela umidade em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de fus\u00e3o.<br \/>\nExistem v\u00e1rias fontes de umidade geradas pela rea\u00e7\u00e3o: 1. Umidade do ar 2. Produtos da combust\u00e3o do combust\u00edvel 3. Umidade adsorvida na superf\u00edcie da carga 4. A graxa residual nos res\u00edduos est\u00e1 derretendo. O g\u00e1s hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 liberado quando a sucata \u00e9 submersa em alta temperatura, quando a graxa reage com o metal fundido ou quando a sucata se rompe. 5. Umidade absorvida pelas ferramentas no forno. Algumas ferramentas utilizadas para alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, agita\u00e7\u00e3o ou remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria absorvem naturalmente umidade. 6. Umidade absorvida ou quimicamente ligada em agentes de limpeza s\u00f3lidos ou em seus res\u00edduos. Um subproduto do refino com cloro s\u00e3o os sais cloretos de alum\u00ednio e magn\u00e9sio. Esses cloretos s\u00e3o altamente absorventes e aderem \u00e0s ferramentas ou \u00e0s paredes internas do forno.<br \/>\n2. Como o hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 produzido no alum\u00ednio fundido? (2)<br \/>\n7. Antes que a superf\u00edcie do recipiente seco entre em contato com o alum\u00ednio fundido, se o revestimento de argamassa refrat\u00e1ria, o forno de fus\u00e3o ou de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o feito de materiais refrat\u00e1rios, o revestimento interno do forno ou a calha feita de materiais refrat\u00e1rios n\u00e3o estiverem completamente secos, todos esses fatores prejudicam a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio. 8. G\u00e1s O g\u00e1s introduzido no alum\u00ednio fundido para diversos fins de refino pode conter umidade. Efeito do g\u00e1s do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido na qualidade do alum\u00ednio (1)<br \/>\nO hidrog\u00eanio est\u00e1 presente na atmosfera e \u00e9 altamente sol\u00favel no alum\u00ednio fundido. O hidrog\u00eanio retido no alum\u00ednio fundido pode produzir manchas brancas ou poros, afetando negativamente o produto final. Por exemplo, essas pe\u00e7as de alum\u00ednio podem n\u00e3o atingir propriedades mec\u00e2nicas ou f\u00edsicas aceit\u00e1veis e podem prejudicar a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o. As inclus\u00f5es de hidrog\u00eanio tamb\u00e9m podem causar trincas por fadiga nos materiais. As rejei\u00e7\u00f5es de pe\u00e7as fundidas podem ser causadas por poros min\u00fasculos nas pe\u00e7as fundidas ou nas superf\u00edcies usinadas, ou por vazamentos quando as pe\u00e7as fundidas precisam suportar press\u00e3o sem vazar. A porosidade pode causar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de bolhas em produtos forjados, extrudados e em chapas finas e grossas quando processadas a partir de lingotes redondos. As propriedades superficiais inadequadas do material, como a fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de espuma durante o tratamento t\u00e9rmico do material, tamb\u00e9m indicam a presen\u00e7a de hidrog\u00eanio.<br \/>\n3. Efeito dos gases do alum\u00ednio fundido na qualidade do alum\u00ednio (2)<br \/>\nO hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 cerca de 20 vezes mais sol\u00favel no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido do que no alum\u00ednio s\u00f3lido. Devido \u00e0 diferen\u00e7a de solubilidade, o hidrog\u00eanio tende a escapar da solu\u00e7\u00e3o durante o processo de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a se difundir lentamente ou a formar bolhas rapidamente, gerando mol\u00e9culas de hidrog\u00eanio. As bolhas se formam quando a press\u00e3o do hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 maior do que a tens\u00e3o superficial e a press\u00e3o hidrost\u00e1tica. Dessa forma, se o teor de hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido for elevado durante o processo de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o hidrog\u00eanio existir\u00e1 na forma de solu\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lida, poros ou pontos de ruptura. Portanto, \u00e9 importante manter o teor de hidrog\u00eanio em um n\u00edvel baixo para que se obtenham pe\u00e7as fundidas de alta qualidade.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/portfolio\/degassing-unit\/\">unidade de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> O produto fabricado pela Adtech pode resolver o problema do excesso de g\u00e1s no alum\u00ednio fundido.<br \/>\n3. Fontes de inclus\u00f5es no alum\u00ednio fundido<br \/>\nInclus\u00f5es referem-se a qualquer s\u00f3lido acima da linha de liquidus, a qualquer s\u00f3lido e a qualquer subst\u00e2ncia que n\u00e3o seja l\u00edquida. Impurezas n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas comuns no alum\u00ednio fundido incluem \u00f3xidos, nitretos, carbonetos, boretos etc., principalmente na forma de part\u00edculas, cujo tamanho t\u00edpico varia entre 1 e 30 m\u00edcrons. Al\u00e9m de serem provenientes da carga, elas s\u00e3o, em grande parte, o resultado de rea\u00e7\u00f5es qu\u00edmicas durante o processo de fus\u00e3o. A espessura da pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido na superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio \u00e9 de 2 a 10 m\u00edcrons, e aumenta para 200 m\u00edcrons quando se aproxima do ponto de fus\u00e3o. A pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido na superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido n\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 mais espessa, como tamb\u00e9m sua estrutura se alterou; a camada densa no lado voltado para o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido exerce um efeito protetor sobre o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido. A parte externa do alum\u00ednio \u00e9 porosa, e h\u00e1 pequenos poros de 5 a 10 m\u00edcrons em seu interior, que est\u00e3o preenchidos com hidrog\u00eanio, ar e vapor de \u00e1gua. Se a pel\u00edcula l\u00edquida for agitada no alum\u00ednio, ela adicionar\u00e1 impurezas e g\u00e1s. Quando o teor de inclus\u00f5es \u00e9 de 0,002% e 0,02%, o teor de hidrog\u00eanio correspondente \u00e9 de 0,2 ml\/100 gAL e 0,35 ml\/100 gAL.
