Durante a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o aglutinante AlPO\u2084 reage com o magn\u00e9sio: Mg + AlPO\u2084 \u2192 Mg\u2082P\u2083 + MgO + AlP, o que resulta em danos \u00e0 estrutura da placa filtrante e, em casos graves, part\u00edculas se desprendem e contaminam o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>O filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica sem f\u00f3sforo utiliza um aglutinante de boro sem fosfato, e o produto apresenta as seguintes caracter\u00edsticas: aus\u00eancia de polui\u00e7\u00e3o no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o durante o uso e aus\u00eancia de polui\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o uso; o produto apresenta baixo coeficiente de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica, \u00e9 leve, possui alta porosidade, e seus canais apresentam microporos e estrutura convexa, boa adsor\u00e7\u00e3o de inclus\u00f5es finas e alta efici\u00eancia de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo utilizado principalmente na filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de alta qualidade e ligas de alum\u00ednio com alto teor de magn\u00e9sio.<\/p>\n<p>Os filtros de espuma cer\u00e2mica sem f\u00f3sforo s\u00f3 podem ser produzidos por uma empresa nos Estados Unidos. O mercado interno depende totalmente das importa\u00e7\u00f5es dos Estados Unidos.
