O hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 o \u00fanico g\u00e1s que apresenta solubilidade apreci\u00e1vel no alum\u00ednio e em suas ligas. Sua solubilidade varia diretamente com a temperatura e com a raiz quadrada da press\u00e3o. Durante o resfriamento e a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido, o hidrog\u00eanio dissolvido em excesso em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 solubilidade extremamente baixa no estado s\u00f3lido pode se precipitar na forma molecular, resultando na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de vazios prim\u00e1rios e\/ou secund\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fontes de hidrog\u00eanio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Existem in\u00fameras fontes de hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio. A umidade da atmosfera se dissocia na superf\u00edcie do metal fundido, proporcionando uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio at\u00f4mico capaz de se difundir na massa fundida. A barreira de \u00f3xido do alum\u00ednio resiste \u00e0 dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o do hidrog\u00eanio por meio desse mecanismo, mas perturba\u00e7\u00f5es na superf\u00edcie da massa fundida que rompem a barreira de \u00f3xido resultam na r\u00e1pida dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o do hidrog\u00eanio. Elementos de liga, especialmente o magn\u00e9sio, tamb\u00e9m podem afetar a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio ao formar produtos de rea\u00e7\u00e3o de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o que oferecem menor resist\u00eancia \u00e0 difus\u00e3o do hidrog\u00eanio no metal fundido e ao alterar a solubilidade do l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Influ\u00eancia do hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podem ocorrer dois tipos ou formas de porosidade por hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio fundido. A mais importante \u00e9 a porosidade interdendr\u00edtica, que surge quando os teores de hidrog\u00eanio s\u00e3o suficientemente elevados, de modo que o hidrog\u00eanio rejeitado na frente de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o resulta em press\u00f5es de solu\u00e7\u00e3o superiores \u00e0 atmosf\u00e9rica. A porosidade secund\u00e1ria (da ordem de m\u00edcrons) ocorre quando o teor de hidrog\u00eanio dissolvido \u00e9 baixo, e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de vazios \u00e9 caracteristicamente subcr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>A porosidade por hidrog\u00eanio finamente distribu\u00edda nem sempre \u00e9 indesej\u00e1vel. A precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio pode alterar a forma e a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da porosidade de contra\u00e7\u00e3o em pe\u00e7as ou se\u00e7\u00f5es de pe\u00e7as com alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o insuficiente. A contra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9, em geral, mais prejudicial \u00e0s propriedades da pe\u00e7a fundida. A purga com g\u00e1s reduz o teor de hidrog\u00eanio dissolvido no alum\u00ednio fundido por meio da difus\u00e3o por press\u00e3o parcial. AdTech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/degassing-unit\/\">unidade de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o online<\/a> pode ser desgaseificado com g\u00e1s inerte, como nitrog\u00eanio ou arg\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n<p>Injeta-se um g\u00e1s inerte na caixa de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, e o rotor gira em alta velocidade. As grandes bolhas de g\u00e1s inerte s\u00e3o fragmentadas em bolhas muito finas, que se dispersam uniformemente no metal fundido.
