Essas formas da fase de sil\u00edcio fragmentar\u00e3o severamente a matriz de Al, causando concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de tens\u00e3o nas pontas e bordas da fase de Si, e \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que a liga se fracture ao longo dos limites de gr\u00e3o. Ou ent\u00e3o, a pr\u00f3pria fase de sil\u00edcio em forma de placa se fratura, formando trincas, o que torna a liga fr\u00e1gil; as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas, especialmente o alongamento, s\u00e3o significativamente reduzidas, e a capacidade de corte n\u00e3o \u00e9 boa. A fim de alterar o estado atual do sil\u00edcio e melhorar as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da liga, a tecnologia de tratamento de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o vem sendo utilizada h\u00e1 muito tempo.<\/p>\n<h2>Tecnologia de Tratamento de Modifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Os elementos que exercem efeito modificador sobre o sil\u00edcio eut\u00e9tico s\u00e3o: s\u00f3dio (Na), estr\u00f4ncio (Sr), enxofre (S), lant\u00e2nio (La), c\u00e9rio (Ce), antim\u00f4nio (Sb), tel\u00fario (Te), etc. A pesquisa atual concentra-se em v\u00e1rios modificadores, como s\u00f3dio, estr\u00f4ncio e terras raras.<\/p>\n<h2>Deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o do s\u00f3dio (Na)<\/h2>\n<p>O s\u00f3dio \u00e9 o elemento metam\u00f3rfico eut\u00e9tico do sil\u00edcio mais antigo e mais eficaz. Existem tr\u00eas formas de adicionar s\u00f3dio: s\u00f3dio met\u00e1lico, sal de s\u00f3dio e carbonato de s\u00f3dio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O agente modificador inicial utilizado para o s\u00f3dio met\u00e1lico \u00e9 o pr\u00f3prio s\u00f3dio met\u00e1lico.<\/strong> O s\u00f3dio apresenta o melhor efeito de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o e pode refinar efetivamente a estrutura eut\u00e9tica. Adicione uma pequena quantidade (cerca de 0,005% a 0,01%) para remover a fase eut\u00e9tica de sil\u00edcio da forma agulhada, transformando-a em uma forma fibrosa totalmente uniforme. Ao mesmo tempo, esses sais de s\u00f3dio t\u00eam um efeito corrosivo sobre o meio ambiente e prejudicam a sa\u00fade do corpo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carbonato de s\u00f3dio.<\/strong> O agente modificador \u00e0 base de carbonato de s\u00f3dio \u00e9 um agente modificador livre de polui\u00e7\u00e3o que deve ser desenvolvido para superar os problemas ambientais decorrentes do uso da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o com sal de s\u00f3dio. O per\u00edodo de validade do modificador \u00e0 base de sal de s\u00f3dio \u00e9 de apenas 30 a 60 minutos. Ap\u00f3s esse tempo, o efeito da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o desaparece por si s\u00f3. Quanto mais alta a temperatura, mais r\u00e1pida \u00e9 a perda de efic\u00e1cia. Portanto, o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido modificado deve ser utilizado em um curto espa\u00e7o de tempo e precisa ser remodificado quando refundido.
