Algu\u00e9m realizou um experimento. Quanto maior o tempo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido, maior \u00e9 o teor de g\u00e1s na liga de alum\u00ednio, de forma aproximadamente proporcional. Esse \u00e9 o objetivo de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/degassing-refining-principle-and-method\/\">refino e desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> no processo de fus\u00e3o da liga de alum\u00ednio. Se o teor de g\u00e1s for reduzido desde o in\u00edcio no alum\u00ednio fundido, a quantidade de g\u00e1s liberada durante a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 menor, e o n\u00famero de bolhas geradas ser\u00e1 reduzido de forma significativa. Portanto, o refinamento das ligas de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 um recurso tecnol\u00f3gico de grande import\u00e2ncia. Se a qualidade do refinamento for boa, a porosidade ser\u00e1 inevitavelmente menor; se a qualidade do refinamento for ruim, a porosidade ser\u00e1 inevitavelmente maior.<\/p>\n<p>A medida para garantir a qualidade do refino consiste em utilizar, em primeiro lugar, um bom agente de refino. Um bom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-agent-flux\/\">agente refinador<\/a> pode reagir a 660 \u2103 para produzir bolhas.
