Aumentar a \u00e1rea de apoio da cabe\u00e7a da barra de suporte at\u00e9 a parte inferior da laje plana. Foram adotadas duas medidas principais para o tratamento da flex\u00e3o da laje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Com 3 mm de espessura <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/ceramic-insulation-board\/\">painel de fibra de silicato de alum\u00ednio<\/a> Cobrindo cerca de metade da \u00e1rea da cabe\u00e7a do lingote simulado, \u00e9 colocada no meio da cabe\u00e7a do lingote simulado.<\/li>\n<li>Na fase final da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de lingotes planos, diminuir a intensidade do resfriamento e prolongar o tempo de resfriamento e solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o pode reduzir o<br \/>\nreduzir a tens\u00e3o de contra\u00e7\u00e3o e aumentar o fornecimento de alum\u00ednio fundido. O arco circular na parte inferior do lingote plano torna-se mais suave, a \u00e1rea de contato entre a parte inferior e a cabe\u00e7a falsa aumenta, e a \u00e1rea de apoio na parte inferior tamb\u00e9m aumenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Para evitar o vazamento de alum\u00ednio na parte inferior central do lingote plano, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio adotar medidas preventivas abrangentes. Essas medidas incluem, principalmente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o: tomando como exemplo o lingote plano de liga de alum\u00ednio 3003, a temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o foi reduzida de 690 \u2103 a 700 \u2103 para 680 \u2103 \u2013 690 \u2103.<\/li>\n<li>Na fase inicial da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, pode-se adotar o controle da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do fornecimento de alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e o desvio do alum\u00ednio fundido em alta temperatura do centro para a periferia, por meio de uma p\u00e1 de esc\u00f3ria de alum\u00ednio especialmente alongada, a fim de reduzir o impacto t\u00e9rmico do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido em alta temperatura sobre a parte mais vulner\u00e1vel da solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, a \u00e1rea central na parte inferior do lingote plano<\/li>\n<li>O tempo de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o na parte inferior do lingote em placa deve ser prolongado adequadamente, e os tempos de in\u00edcio e de queda devem ser adiados.<\/li>\n<li>No in\u00edcio da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, a velocidade de descida \u00e9 reduzida de 40 a 45 mm\/min para 35 a 40 mm\/min, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Como a limpeza da \u00e1gua de resfriamento est\u00e1 relacionada \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de deforma\u00e7\u00f5es lentas, devem ser tomadas as medidas necess\u00e1rias para garantir a limpeza da \u00e1gua de resfriamento e evitar que o orif\u00edcio de entrada da \u00e1gua da camisa de resfriamento do molde seja obstru\u00eddo por sedimentos e outras impurezas. Limpe regularmente os sedimentos do po\u00e7o de \u00e1gua fria, reabaste\u00e7a com \u00e1gua limpa e fresca em tempo h\u00e1bil e filtre a \u00e1gua de resfriamento antes que ela entre na camisa de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p>4. Fa\u00e7a os preparativos antes da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, verifique se o orif\u00edcio de \u00e1gua da camisa de \u00e1gua do molde est\u00e1 desobstru\u00eddo, se est\u00e1 entupido por sedimentos e outras impurezas. Se o orif\u00edcio de \u00e1gua estiver entupido, ele deve ser desobstru\u00eddo com um fio fino. Verifique se a cabe\u00e7a da barra-falso est\u00e1 posicionada de forma est\u00e1vel usando um n\u00edvel.
