A inje\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s inerte na massa fundida permite remover a esc\u00f3ria, pois as bolhas de g\u00e1s inerte injetadas absorvem as inclus\u00f5es oxidadas presentes na massa fundida e as levam para fora da superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido durante o processo de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o. Esse m\u00e9todo \u00e9 conhecido como m\u00e9todo de desescoria\u00e7\u00e3o por flota\u00e7\u00e3o. Como a bolha de g\u00e1s inerte adsorve as inclus\u00f5es oxidadas no banho fundido, ela pode reduzir a energia livre superficial total do sistema, de modo que essa adsor\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre automaticamente. Quanto menor for a tens\u00e3o superficial entre o g\u00e1s inerte e as inclus\u00f5es, e quanto maior for a tens\u00e3o superficial entre o material fundido e o g\u00e1s inerte, bem como a tens\u00e3o de interface entre o material fundido e as inclus\u00f5es, maior ser\u00e1 a capacidade de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria do g\u00e1s inerte.<\/p>\n<p>Ao utilizar g\u00e1s inerte no processo de refino, o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-flux\/\">fluxo de refino<\/a> devem ser espalhadas uniformemente sobre a superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido. Isso porque, depois que as bolhas de g\u00e1s inerte levam as inclus\u00f5es para fora da superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido, se houver uma camada de fluxo na superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido nesse momento, as inclus\u00f5es entrar\u00e3o no fluxo e se transformar\u00e3o em esc\u00f3ria, que \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de remover. Caso contr\u00e1rio, as inclus\u00f5es com maior densidade cair\u00e3o novamente no alum\u00ednio fundido, e as inclus\u00f5es com menor densidade formar\u00e3o esc\u00f3ria na superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido, que \u00e9 dif\u00edcil de separar do alum\u00ednio fundido. Quando essas esc\u00f3rias forem removidas, uma grande quantidade de metal fundido ser\u00e1 retirada, resultando em grande perda de metal.<\/p>\n<p>A inje\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s inerte na massa fundida permite a desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, pois n\u00e3o h\u00e1 hidrog\u00eanio na bolha de g\u00e1s inerte injetada na massa fundida, e sua press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 zero; j\u00e1 a press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio na massa fundida pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 bolha \u00e9 muito maior que zero, de modo que existe uma diferen\u00e7a de press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio entre o interior e o exterior da bolha. Sob o efeito dessa diferen\u00e7a de press\u00e3o parcial, os \u00e1tomos de hidrog\u00eanio no material fundido se difundem at\u00e9 a interface da bolha e se recombinam em mol\u00e9culas nessa interface para entrar na bolha. Esse processo n\u00e3o cessar\u00e1 at\u00e9 que a press\u00e3o parcial do hidrog\u00eanio dentro e fora da bolha se iguale. O hidrog\u00eanio que entra nas bolhas escapa para a atmosfera \u00e0 medida que as bolhas sobem \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. A densidade, a viscosidade, a molhabilidade e a capacidade t\u00e9rmica do g\u00e1s inerte influenciam o efeito de refino. Quanto maior a densidade do g\u00e1s e maior a viscosidade, mais lenta \u00e9 a velocidade de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o na massa fundida e maior o tempo de perman\u00eancia, o que contribui para melhorar o efeito de refinamento; no entanto, quanto menor a densidade do g\u00e1s, maior o volume de g\u00e1s por unidade de massa. Quanto maior for a \u00e1rea de contato, maior ser\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para melhorar o efeito de refinamento. Experimentos comprovaram que o fator decisivo no processo de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 a qualidade do g\u00e1s refinado, mas seu volume e grau de dispers\u00e3o na massa fundida. Quanto melhor for o desempenho de umecta\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s inclus\u00f5es, mais forte ser\u00e1 a capacidade de flota\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s. A capacidade t\u00e9rmica afeta o efeito de refinamento ao influenciar a temperatura da massa fundida.<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>A pureza do g\u00e1s inerte<\/strong>. A pureza do g\u00e1s inerte refere-se principalmente ao teor de oxig\u00eanio e umidade presente no g\u00e1s inerte. Quanto maior o teor de oxig\u00eanio e \u00e1gua no g\u00e1s inerte, pior ser\u00e1 o efeito de refinamento. Como o oxig\u00eanio e o vapor de \u00e1gua entram na massa fundida junto com o g\u00e1s de refinamento, eles reagem quimicamente com a massa fundida, formando uma pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido na superf\u00edcie da bolha e aumentando a press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio na bolha. Isso n\u00e3o apenas atrasar\u00e1 significativamente o processo de difus\u00e3o e remo\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio, mas tamb\u00e9m aumentar\u00e1 o teor de inclus\u00f5es oxidadas na solu\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando a umidade e o oxig\u00eanio no g\u00e1s inerte excedem um determinado valor, ele n\u00e3o s\u00f3 deixa de desempenhar um papel de refinamento, como tamb\u00e9m pode fazer com que a massa fundida passe por um processo de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio, causando uma contamina\u00e7\u00e3o mais grave.<\/p>\n<p>3) <strong>O tamanho das bolhas<\/strong>. Quanto menor o tamanho das bolhas, melhor \u00e9 o efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso porque, quanto menores as bolhas, maior \u00e9 o n\u00famero de bolhas geradas pelo mesmo volume de g\u00e1s e maior \u00e9 a \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie; e quanto mais lenta for a velocidade de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o na massa fundida de alum\u00ednio, maior ser\u00e1 o tempo de contato com a massa fundida.<\/p>\n<p>4) <strong>A uniformidade do contato entre as bolhas e a massa fundida<\/strong>. Quanto mais completo e uniforme for o contato, melhor ser\u00e1 o efeito de refino. Como o refino por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de ar se baseia na desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o por difus\u00e3o devido \u00e0 diferen\u00e7a de press\u00e3o parcial e na remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria por flota\u00e7\u00e3o, apenas a \u00e1rea em contato com o g\u00e1s de refino pode apresentar efeito de refino. Para aumentar a chance de contato, \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel utilizar o tratamento combinado de refinamento por transfer\u00eancia em linha, filtragem e sopro, de modo que cada parte da massa fundida seja submetida ao refinamento. No caso de refinamento no forno, o dispositivo de refinamento deve ser movido suavemente ao longo do fundo do forno para evitar pontos mortos.<\/p>\n<p>5) <strong>Outros par\u00e2metros do processo de refino<\/strong>. O ajuste dos par\u00e2metros do processo de refino, tais como tempo de sopro, press\u00e3o de sopro, temperatura de sopro e tempo de repouso da massa fundida ap\u00f3s o refino, tem efeitos evidentes
