O m\u00e9todo de transfer\u00eancia do alum\u00ednio fundido na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um fator que afeta a qualidade da massa fundida. Em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o industrial, foram obtidos os seguintes resultados de teste:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Transfer\u00eancia da concha para a inje\u00e7\u00e3o. Primeiro, a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida no forno a chama \u00e9 vertida na concha e, em seguida, no funil receptor do forno reverberat\u00f3rio de resist\u00eancia e, por fim, no banho de metal fundido. O aumento na taxa de teor de alumina antes e depois da medi\u00e7\u00e3o da liga de alum\u00ednio foi de 52%.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Transfer\u00eancia por canal de fluxo. O material fundido \u00e9 retirado da calha de drenagem do forno reverberat\u00f3rio de resist\u00eancia e, em seguida, injetado no banho de fus\u00e3o do forno est\u00e1tico por meio do tubo vertical guia. Verificou-se que o aumento na taxa de teor de alumina antes e depois da transfer\u00eancia da liga de alum\u00ednio foi de 8,7%.<\/p>\n<p>Ao utilizar um cadinho basculante para transferir alum\u00ednio fundido, a fim de evitar a mistura do material, posicione a concha o mais pr\u00f3ximo poss\u00edvel de forma obl\u00edqua, de modo que o alum\u00ednio fundido escorra ao longo da parede lateral da concha, evitando assim o impacto direto no fundo da concha, o que causaria agita\u00e7\u00e3o e respingos. O m\u00e9todo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o por canaleta \u00e9 mais adequado, pois o processo produz menos impurezas.
