Ela permite obter metal l\u00edquido puro. A AdTech oferece <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/fluxes\/\">fluxos<\/a> No processo de fus\u00e3o e refino, eles podem resolver o problema da perda excessiva por combust\u00e3o e da polui\u00e7\u00e3o causada pelos gases residuais, decorrentes da rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica do fundente tradicional no l\u00edquido da liga.<\/p>\n<p>No que diz respeito ao hidrog\u00eanio e \u00e0s inclus\u00f5es que entram no alum\u00ednio fundido, apenas os m\u00e9todos de \u201cesvaziamento\u201d e \u201cdissolu\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d podem ser utilizados. No processo de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o da liga de alum\u00ednio fundida, a solubilidade do hidrog\u00eanio diminui com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura. Portanto, \u00e9 imposs\u00edvel tentar dissolver parcial ou mesmo totalmente o hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio fundido na matriz da liga durante a cura.<\/p>\n<p>A refina\u00e7\u00e3o por fus\u00e3o \u00e9 um dos meios mais comuns e eficazes para se obter metal l\u00edquido puro. A obten\u00e7\u00e3o de uma massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio pura \u00e9 a garantia e a premissa para se obter pe\u00e7as fundidas de liga de alum\u00ednio de alta qualidade. O hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 a principal fonte de porosidade nas ligas de alum\u00ednio. \u00c9 preciso compreender corretamente a origem dos poros (incluindo a fonte de hidrog\u00eanio, a forma como ele penetra no alum\u00ednio fundido, a forma como se apresenta no alum\u00ednio fundido e o modo de libera\u00e7\u00e3o). O processo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos poros e os principais fatores que influenciam esses processos constituem a premissa b\u00e1sica para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas eficazes de refino.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4032\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Melting-Refining.jpg\" alt=\"Fus\u00e3o e Refino\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Melting-Refining.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Melting-Refining-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No processo de fus\u00e3o da liga de alum\u00ednio, o peso molecular do hidrog\u00eanio presente no ar ao redor do metal n\u00e3o \u00e9 elevado. Portanto, muitos pesquisadores acreditam que a maior parte da absor\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio se deve \u00e0 \u00e1gua presente no ar. Quando a temperatura \u00e9 superior a 400 \u2103, o alum\u00ednio e o vapor de \u00e1gua do ar produzem alguns \u00e1tomos de hidrog\u00eanio e algumas mol\u00e9culas de hidrog\u00eanio. Os primeiros s\u00e3o absorvidos pelo alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido, enquanto as segundas s\u00e3o liberadas no ar.<\/p>\n<p>Quando o hidrog\u00eanio \u00e9 produzido, forma-se uma pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido resistente \u00e0 ruptura, o que permite evitar, at\u00e9 certo ponto, a rea\u00e7\u00e3o acima mencionada. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais do que dois fatores que afetam a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio fundido: (1) o teor de vapor de \u00e1gua ao redor do alum\u00ednio fundido; (2) a densidade da pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido no alum\u00ednio fundido.<\/p>\n<p>Com a varia\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua do teor de umidade no ar, o teor de hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio fundido tamb\u00e9m varia constantemente, e o n\u00famero de poros muda de acordo com isso. O teor de umidade no ar \u00e9 de 3 a 4 g\/m\u00b3 no inverno e superior a 18 g\/m\u00b3 no ver\u00e3o. Assim, quando a umidade do ar est\u00e1 mais elevada no ver\u00e3o, \u00e9 que se formam mais poros na pe\u00e7a fundida. Se houver uma camada densa de \u00f3xido na superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido da liga de alum\u00ednio, isso diminuir\u00e1 significativamente a intensidade da rea\u00e7\u00e3o entre o alum\u00ednio e o vapor de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p>No processo de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do metal, \u00e1tomos de hidrog\u00eanio, mol\u00e9culas de hidrog\u00eanio e hidretos se precipitam de diferentes formas. Os \u00e1tomos de hidrog\u00eanio se difundem at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do metal e, em seguida, saem do estado de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o (evapora\u00e7\u00e3o). As mol\u00e9culas de hidrog\u00eanio s\u00e3o removidas do metal fundido na forma de bolhas. Os hidretos s\u00e3o removidos na forma de inclus\u00f5es n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas. Quando as bolhas sobem do metal fundido, algumas delas n\u00e3o conseguem chegar \u00e0 interface e permanecem no metal fundido, resultando em poros na pe\u00e7a fundida.<\/p>\n<p>De modo geral, as inclus\u00f5es no alum\u00ednio reduzido e no alum\u00ednio fundido podem ser tratadas sob tr\u00eas aspectos: preven\u00e7\u00e3o, emiss\u00e3o e dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar, na medida do poss\u00edvel, que a carga do forno absorva umidade.<\/p>\n<p>Elimina\u00e7\u00e3o das inclus\u00f5es de hidrog\u00eanio e \u00f3xido que penetram no alum\u00ednio fundido.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o hidrog\u00eanio presente no alum\u00ednio fundido deve ser dissolvido na matriz da liga o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel, a fim de evitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de poros.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Melting refining is one way to reduce the amount of hydrogen and inclusions entering the molten aluminum.
