O removedor de esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 utilizado na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e na fus\u00e3o de metais, pois derrete em altas temperaturas, acima de 1.200 \u2103, e possui coes\u00e3o. O removedor de esc\u00f3ria tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 chamado de Fluxo de desescoria\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>, Fluxo para remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria de alum\u00ednio. Ele \u00e9 capaz de coletar e absorver com efic\u00e1cia a espuma e as inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria na superf\u00edcie da solu\u00e7\u00e3o met\u00e1lica. Possui propriedades qu\u00edmicas est\u00e1veis e n\u00e3o causa polui\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria ao metal fundido. A qualidade do fluxo desescoriador n\u00e3o est\u00e1 relacionada apenas ao processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e ao controle de qualidade, mas tamb\u00e9m depende, em grande medida, da qualidade das mat\u00e9rias-primas. O desempenho do removedor de esc\u00f3ria reflete-se principalmente no tempo de rea\u00e7\u00e3o e na coes\u00e3o. Um bom fluxo caracteriza-se por um tempo de rea\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pido, boa ades\u00e3o e aus\u00eancia de queda de esc\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Caracter\u00edsticas do removedor de esc\u00f3ria<\/h2>\n

1. Diversas esc\u00f3rias e impurezas podem ser removidas da solu\u00e7\u00e3o de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir a limpeza do metal fundido.<\/p>\n

2. Descarga simples da esc\u00f3ria, sem res\u00edduos, sem polui\u00e7\u00e3o e sem danos \u00e0s paredes da concha e do forno.<\/p>\n

3. Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do calor para reduzir a perda de elementos de liga.<\/p>\n

4. Reduzir os elementos nocivos presentes no metal fundido, como o f\u00f3sforo e o enxofre.<\/p>\n

5. Eliminar inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria, melhorar a qualidade da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e reduzir a taxa de rejei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

6. Contato com metal fundido; rea\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1vel; sem respingos; n\u00e3o t\u00f3xico e ins\u00edpido; sem fuma\u00e7a nem poeira; sem impacto no corpo humano.<\/p>\n

\"Removedor<\/p>\n

Como usar o fluxo para remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria de alum\u00ednio<\/h2>\n

Quando o metal derrete no forno, uma pequena quantidade de fluxo \u00e9 pulverizada sobre a superf\u00edcie do metal fundido para remover inicialmente a esc\u00f3ria; em seguida, uma fina camada \u00e9 aplicada sobre a superf\u00edcie do metal fundido. Ap\u00f3s a rea\u00e7\u00e3o ter ocorrido de forma satisfat\u00f3ria, a esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 removida antes da descarga.<\/p>\n

Basta pulverizar um pouco de fluxo para remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria de alum\u00ednio sobre a superf\u00edcie do metal fundido na concha e, em seguida, pulverizar um pouco de agente de cobertura ap\u00f3s a remo\u00e7\u00e3o da esc\u00f3ria.
