O processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o de tiras de alum\u00ednio consiste em utilizar o alum\u00ednio como mat\u00e9ria-prima principal, fundi-lo com outros elementos de liga e, em seguida, mold\u00e1-lo por inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Depois que os materiais s\u00e3o fundidos em alta temperatura, eles s\u00e3o moldados diretamente em produtos. Geralmente, a fus\u00e3o ocorre em um forno el\u00e9trico a arco; em seguida, o material \u00e9 vertido em um molde resistente a altas temperaturas e, depois, resfriado, cristalizado, recozido ou cortado para formar os produtos. Na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a atmosfera de fus\u00e3o, a temperatura de fus\u00e3o e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de resfriamento s\u00e3o controladas para garantir alta efici\u00eancia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, que a cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o atenda aos requisitos e que se forme uma estrutura em rede.<\/p>\n

V\u00e1rios par\u00e2metros essenciais no processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

1. A temperatura do forno \u00e9 geralmente ajustada em 1.050 \u00b0C durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, e a temperatura do material precisa ser monitorada durante o processo para garantir que a temperatura do metal n\u00e3o ultrapasse 770 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

2. Realizar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria a cerca de 735 \u00b0C, temperatura favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 separa\u00e7\u00e3o entre a esc\u00f3ria e o l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n

3. O refino geralmente adota o m\u00e9todo de refino secund\u00e1rio, sendo que o refino prim\u00e1rio com agente refinador<\/a>, e o refino secund\u00e1rio adota o m\u00e9todo de refino a g\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

4. Normalmente, entre 30 minutos e 1 hora ap\u00f3s a invers\u00e3o do forno, a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser realizada a tempo; caso contr\u00e1rio, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio refinar novamente.<\/p>\n

5. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio adicionar continuamente fio de Ai-Ti-B durante o processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o para refinar os gr\u00e3os.<\/p>\n

6. O processo de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e filtragem \u00e9 importante para se obter o metal l\u00edquido puro.<\/p>\n

\"Zona<\/p>\n

Processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o: metal l\u00edquido, caixa de controle de fluxo<\/a>\u00a0(controle de n\u00edvel de l\u00edquido), usina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o (sistema de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e1gua de resfriamento), m\u00e1quina de corte, bobinadeira.<\/p>\n

A temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o situa-se geralmente entre 680 \u2103 e 700 \u2103; quanto mais baixa, melhor. A linha de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1vel costuma parar uma vez por m\u00eas, e a chapa \u00e9 recolocada na linha. Durante o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, o n\u00edvel de l\u00edquido na caixa dianteira deve ser rigorosamente controlado para evitar que o n\u00edvel de l\u00edquido fique baixo.<\/p>\n

A velocidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o situa-se geralmente entre 1,5 m\/min e 2,5 m\/min. A qualidade da superf\u00edcie dos produtos de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o a quente \u00e9, em geral, baixa e, normalmente, n\u00e3o atende aos requisitos de produtos com propriedades f\u00edsicas e qu\u00edmicas especiais.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
