A desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o rotativa com g\u00e1s inerte \u00e9 o m\u00e9todo industrial mais amplamente adotado, alcan\u00e7ando n\u00edveis de hidrog\u00eanio inferiores a 0,10 mL\/100 g de Al em sistemas devidamente otimizados. A 750 \u00b0C, a solubilidade de equil\u00edbrio do hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido atinge aproximadamente 0,69 mL\/100 g, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com apenas 0,036 mL\/100 g no estado s\u00f3lido \u2014 uma propor\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 19:1. Bolhas menores proporcionam uma \u00e1rea superficial total maior por unidade de volume de g\u00e1s, aumentando o coeficiente de transfer\u00eancia de massa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tempo de perman\u00eancia da bolha.<\/strong>\u00a0Bolhas mais finas sobem mais lentamente, prolongando o tempo de contato com a massa fundida. Os dois m\u00e9todos mais comuns em ambientes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teste de press\u00e3o reduzida (RPT):<\/strong>\u00a0Uma amostra se solidifica sob v\u00e1cuo parcial (normalmente 80 mbar). A compara\u00e7\u00e3o da densidade da amostra solidificada sob v\u00e1cuo com a de uma amostra \u00e0 press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica resulta em um \u00edndice de densidade (DI). Um DI inferior a 1,5% geralmente est\u00e1 correlacionado com n\u00edveis de hidrog\u00eanio inferiores a 0,15 mL\/100 g. Simples e r\u00e1pido, mas semiquantitativo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo de recircula\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s (por exemplo, Alscan\u2122, Analisador de Hidrog\u00eanio):<\/strong>\u00a0Mede a press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio em um g\u00e1s portador recirculado por uma sonda imersa na massa fundida. Oferece leitura direta em mL de H\u2082\/100 g de Al, com precis\u00e3o de \u00b10,01 mL\/100 g.
