{"id":4496,"date":"2020-09-04T07:37:35","date_gmt":"2020-09-04T07:37:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4496"},"modified":"2020-09-04T07:37:35","modified_gmt":"2020-09-04T07:37:35","slug":"purification-and-refining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/purification-and-refining\/","title":{"rendered":"Purifica\u00e7\u00e3o e refino"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O objetivo b\u00e1sico da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 obter uma massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio com composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica que atenda aos requisitos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e apresente alta pureza, por meio da formula\u00e7\u00e3o de um processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o adequado. A fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de liga de alum\u00ednio secund\u00e1ria consiste em refundir a sucata de alum\u00ednio pr\u00e9-processada, res\u00edduos de alum\u00ednio etc. no forno de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e realizar desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria, modifica\u00e7\u00e3o e refino durante o processo de fus\u00e3o para obter a composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica desejada. O alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9, por fim, moldado em lingotes. As mat\u00e9rias-primas do alum\u00ednio reciclado s\u00e3o, geralmente, res\u00edduos com componentes misturados e pouco definidos de diferentes ligas. Elas devem ser fundidas e tratadas para remover impurezas nocivas, gases e \u00f3xidos presentes nos res\u00edduos, a fim de fornecer um material fundido de alta qualidade para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de lingotes. Os m\u00e9todos mais comumente utilizados s\u00e3o a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o e o refinamento.<\/p>\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o alum\u00ednio prim\u00e1rio, o alum\u00ednio secund\u00e1rio cont\u00e9m mais elementos impuros, principalmente Fe, Mg, Zn, Si, Cu, Mn, etc. Como a presen\u00e7a desses elementos impuros reduz o desempenho do alum\u00ednio secund\u00e1rio, a maioria das ligas de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 degradada para uso. Os m\u00e9todos mais utilizados s\u00e3o a inje\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00f3 e a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o com g\u00e1s inerte. Atualmente, o m\u00e9todo mais utilizado <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-flux\/\">agentes de refino<\/a> s\u00e3o sais de cloreto e sais de fluoreto. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel utilizar Cl\u2082 ou C\u2082Cl\u2086. Embora esses agentes de refino apresentem bons efeitos de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o e refino, os subprodutos, como AlCl\u2083 e HCl, podem causar grandes danos ao corpo humano, ao meio ambiente e aos equipamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Se o agente de refino utilizar gases inertes, como N\u2082 e Ar, o efeito de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 muito bom. Atualmente, a tecnologia mais avan\u00e7ada consiste em utilizar ligas de terras raras para modificar, refinar e aperfei\u00e7oar o alum\u00ednio secund\u00e1rio, aproveitando ao m\u00e1ximo a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre os elementos de terras raras e o alum\u00ednio fundido, de modo a realizar o tratamento integrado de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, refina\u00e7\u00e3o e modifica\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido. Esse m\u00e9todo de refino \u00e9 simples e eficiente, pode melhorar efetivamente a qualidade metal\u00fargica do alum\u00ednio reciclado e n\u00e3o gera gases de exaust\u00e3o nocivos nem outros subprodutos durante o processo de tratamento.
