Os efeitos de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/molten-metal-filtration\/\">filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por fus\u00e3o<\/a> e o efeito do modificador Sr na porosidade foram estudados. O efeito significativo da filtra\u00e7\u00e3o da massa fundida na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da porosidade da massa fundida modificada com Sr deve-se ao fato de que o teor de inclus\u00f5es da massa fundida modificada com Sr \u00e9 maior do que o da massa fundida n\u00e3o modificada. A fim de compreender os tipos de inclus\u00f5es nos fundidos A356 modificados com Sr que levam \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de poros, as amostras foram analisadas por microscopia eletr\u00f4nica de varredura. Durante um tempo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o relativamente curto, a camada de \u00f3xido superficial da liga A356 fundida \u00e9 composta por Al\u2082O\u2083 e MgO, mas n\u00e3o se detecta a presen\u00e7a de SRO. Quando a fus\u00e3o \u00e9 mantida em atmosfera oxidante por um longo per\u00edodo, mais de 50% da camada de \u00f3xido superficial \u00e9 composta por espin\u00e9lio contendo SrO.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4593\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Sr-Modification-1.jpg\" alt=\"Modifica\u00e7\u00e3o Sr\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Sr-Modification-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Sr-Modification-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Foi estudado o efeito da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o com Sr na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de poros sob press\u00e3o reduzida e em condi\u00e7\u00f5es atmosf\u00e9ricas. Verificou-se que o modificador Sr n\u00e3o exerce efeito significativo na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de poros nas amostras convencionais de copos de a\u00e7o de parede fina. Um novo tipo de copo met\u00e1lico com canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o foi projetado para ser utilizado como molde em ensaios de descompress\u00e3o. Ele foi projetado para melhorar a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o direcional, de modo que n\u00e3o ocorra retra\u00e7\u00e3o macrosc\u00f3pica na amostra de ensaio. O efeito do modificador de Sr na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de poros foi estudado utilizando-se desse molde. Em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de descompress\u00e3o e na atmosfera, o efeito da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o com Sr no aumento da densidade num\u00e9rica dos poros e da fra\u00e7\u00e3o volum\u00e9trica dos poros torna-se significativo.
