{"id":4596,"date":"2020-09-09T03:30:59","date_gmt":"2020-09-09T03:30:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4596"},"modified":"2020-09-09T03:30:59","modified_gmt":"2020-09-09T03:30:59","slug":"hot-top-casting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/hot-top-casting\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a quente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Na produ\u00e7\u00e3o por fus\u00e3o e fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio deformadas, a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com topo quente \u00e9 um processo amplamente utilizado, que apresenta as seguintes caracter\u00edsticas:<\/p>\n<p>(1) O tempo de perman\u00eancia do metal no molde ap\u00f3s a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a conforma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 curto, e o fen\u00f4meno de aquecimento secund\u00e1rio \u00e9 basicamente evitado; por isso, a superf\u00edcie do lingote \u00e9 plana e lisa, e a qualidade \u00e9 boa.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Antes que o lingote seja resfriado diretamente pela \u00e1gua de resfriamento na borda inferior do molde, a parede l\u00edquida formada na cavidade \u00e9 muito fina. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel obter uma alta taxa de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, de modo que os dendritos s\u00e3o finos.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Equipado com uma tampa t\u00e9rmica acima do cristalizador, que aumenta a dist\u00e2ncia entre o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido e a frente de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de elevar a temperatura da massa fundida. O g\u00e1s precipitado durante a cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do lingote e a esc\u00f3ria por ele transportada flutuam de forma controlada at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido, o que contribui para a melhoria da pureza do lingote.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Como o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/hot-top-casting-cap\/\">bon\u00e9 quente<\/a> Ao aumentar o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido, a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser realizada no mesmo n\u00edvel, o que reduz a polui\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria da massa fundida no sistema de vazamento.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Os cristalizadores podem ser dispostos de forma compacta durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, e os moldes para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica s\u00e3o conectados \u00e0 placa de deriva\u00e7\u00e3o, o que melhora a efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4597\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hot-Top-Casting.jpg\" alt=\"Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a quente\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hot-Top-Casting.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hot-Top-Casting-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O equipamento para o processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a quente apresenta as seguintes vantagens:<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00c9 poss\u00edvel fundir v\u00e1rios lingotes de uma s\u00f3 vez. O n\u00famero de lingotes que podem ser fundidos por ciclo \u00e9 determinado pela \u00e1rea do po\u00e7o de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e pelo di\u00e2metro do lingote. Uma f\u00e1brica de processamento de alum\u00ednio pode fundir lingotes de pequeno porte de uma s\u00f3 vez, o que \u00e9 muito mais produtivo do que os moldes comuns e a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o horizontal.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Opera\u00e7\u00e3o simples de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. No in\u00edcio da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, abra o orif\u00edcio de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando o alum\u00ednio fundido no canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o atingir a altura de 90%, puxe para cima o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/launder-dam\/\">barragem de Launder<\/a> no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/distributing-launder\/\">canal de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> ao mesmo tempo, e rapidamente conduza o alum\u00ednio fundido para os tubos-guia. Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, ajuste a press\u00e3o e o volume da \u00e1gua e aumente o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido na calha em tempo h\u00e1bil. Dessa forma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fundir dezenas de lingotes de uma s\u00f3 vez, sendo necess\u00e1rios apenas fundidores qualificados durante todo o processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 3 a 4 pessoas.<\/p>\n<p>(3) F\u00e1cil resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas. No processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, se for constatado que um determinado lingote est\u00e1 rachado, apresentando vazamento etc., basta tampar o tubo de vaz\u00e3o com <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refractory-fiber-cone\/\">cone de drenagem<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>(4) A qualidade da superf\u00edcie do lingote \u00e9 boa. A pr\u00e1tica mostra que, quando os preparativos antes da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o realizados \u2014 especialmente se o molde estiver instalado e o acabador estiver lubrificado \u2014, \u00e9
