O aquecedor deve ser pr\u00e9-aquecido de acordo com o tempo da curva de aquecimento quando o Sistema CFF for utilizado pela primeira vez, ap\u00f3s um longo per\u00edodo de inatividade e antes do enchimento com metal fundido. O objetivo \u00e9 eliminar qualquer vest\u00edgio de umidade na caixa do filtro e evitar a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a o Sistema CFF. Enquanto o filtro ainda estiver quente, assim que o filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> mesmo que seja substitu\u00eddo, ele ainda deve ser pr\u00e9-aquecido. O objetivo \u00e9 que o pr\u00e9-aquecimento do filtro seja uniforme e suficiente para garantir o preenchimento total do metal. Existem dois tipos de procedimentos de pr\u00e9-aquecimento do filtro, dependendo dos meios de aquecimento da caixa. Um deles consiste em utilizar o queimador a g\u00e1s pr\u00e9-aquecido para o pr\u00e9-aquecimento, e o outro consiste em utilizar a tampa de aquecimento para o pr\u00e9-aquecimento.<\/p>\n

O efeito da filtragem depende do n\u00famero de orif\u00edcios no meio filtrante, e a vaz\u00e3o depende do tamanho, do n\u00famero e da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos orif\u00edcios da placa filtrante.<\/p>\n

\"Sistema<\/p>\n

Devido \u00e0 sua praticidade, boa efici\u00eancia de filtragem e baixo pre\u00e7o, o filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica \u00e9 amplamente utilizado em todo o mundo. Nos pa\u00edses desenvolvidos, 50% das ligas de alum\u00ednio fundidas s\u00e3o filtradas por placas de filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica, e a placa de filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica tem, geralmente, 50 m de espessura, 200 a 600 mm de comprimento e largura, e a porosidade chega a 80%-90%. N\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma press\u00e3o de cabe\u00e7a muito alta durante a filtragem. Ap\u00f3s os primeiros 100 a 150 m, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios apenas 2 a 10 m para garantir uma boa filtragem, e o pre\u00e7o \u00e9 baixo. No entanto, a placa de filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica \u00e9 fr\u00e1gil e f\u00e1cil de danificar, e, em geral, \u00e9 usada apenas uma vez.
