{"id":4906,"date":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","date_gmt":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4906"},"modified":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","modified_gmt":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","slug":"filtration-efficiency-of-cff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/filtration-efficiency-of-cff\/","title":{"rendered":"Efici\u00eancia de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o do CFF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Melhorar a efici\u00eancia de filtragem do filtro CFF: uma das formas \u00e9 melhorar a tens\u00e3o interfacial entre a massa fundida e o substrato por meio de revestimento superficial e tratamento de rugosidade superficial, a fim de aumentar a capacidade de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o do filtro em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a inclus\u00f5es espec\u00edficas e reduzir a press\u00e3o inicial do filtro; outra \u00e9 aumentar o tamanho dos macroporos (PPI); ao aumentar os microporos da pr\u00f3pria matriz, obt\u00e9m-se um filtro composto poroso que combina macroporos, mesoporos e microporos.<\/p>\n<p>Para massas fundidas com part\u00edculas mistas, a fim de evitar que part\u00edculas grandes se acumulem no bolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e bloqueiem os poros prematuramente, pode-se desenvolver um filtro com distribui\u00e7\u00e3o combinada em gradiente de poros. Por exemplo, o m\u00e9todo de imers\u00e3o de precursores org\u00e2nicos e o processo Sol-Gel podem ser combinados para determinar o tamanho dos poros do filtro. A faixa de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o pode atingir 0,02 a 3 mm, a resist\u00eancia pode ser aumentada em 2 a 3 vezes e as inclus\u00f5es com tamanho inferior a 5 \u03bcm podem ser filtradas. Outro exemplo \u00e9 o congelamento unidirecional da pasta cer\u00e2mica \u00e0 base de \u00e1gua pelo m\u00e9todo de liofiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e a sublima\u00e7\u00e3o do gelo em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de v\u00e1cuo e baixa press\u00e3o para formar uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o porosa, o que \u00e9 de baixo custo e ecologicamente correto. Al\u00e9m dos microporos presentes na matriz, pode atuar como uma peneira molecular para remover compostos intermet\u00e1licos. Sua base de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o consiste principalmente na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho de produtos em altas temperaturas, incluindo propriedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de alta temperatura, mecanismos de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, modelos de din\u00e2mica de fluidos, cria\u00e7\u00e3o de bancos de dados, meios de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e energia
