No que diz respeito \u00e0 pesquisa sobre o mecanismo de filtragem e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de metais, destacam-se principalmente os seguintes pontos de vista: mecanismo de filtragem por peneiramento-bolo-leito profundo; mecanismo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o por flutua\u00e7\u00e3o; mecanismo de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o e mecanismo de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por peneiramento, bolo de filtro e leito profundo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> separa as inclus\u00f5es da massa fundida por meio de tr\u00eas mecanismos: peneiramento, camada de torta e filtra\u00e7\u00e3o em leito profundo.<\/p>\n<p>1. Filtragem. Seguindo o mecanismo tradicional de filtragem da malha de fibra de vidro, semelhante a uma peneira, ela impede a passagem de part\u00edculas e seus aglomerados cujo tamanho seja maior do que o tamanho dos poros da superf\u00edcie do filtro.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a peneira\u00e7\u00e3o, muitas inclus\u00f5es maiores que o orif\u00edcio do filtro s\u00e3o retidas na entrada do filtro. \u00c0 medida que o n\u00famero de inclus\u00f5es retidas aumenta, forma-se um \u201cbolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d composto por inclus\u00f5es grandes na superf\u00edcie da extremidade de entrada do filtro. O \u201cbolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d torna o l\u00edquido mais ralo, de modo que as impurezas menores que o tamanho dos poros do filtro tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o parcialmente retidas no \u201cbolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. A peneira\u00e7\u00e3o e a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por bolo s\u00e3o duas etapas de um mesmo mecanismo. A dura\u00e7\u00e3o desse processo depende da quantidade de impurezas na massa fundida e do tamanho dos poros do filtro.<\/p>\n<p>3. Filtragem em leito profundo. No interior do filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica, o trajeto percorrido pela massa fundida \u00e9 sinuoso, e h\u00e1 at\u00e9 mesmo uma invers\u00e3o do fluxo cruzado em uma pequena \u00e1rea local.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4931\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism.jpg\" alt=\"Mecanismo de filtragem\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o flutuante<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s projetar e posicionar corretamente o filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica no sistema de canais de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, a resist\u00eancia ao fluxo do metal fundido aumenta, e o metal fundido preenche todo o sistema de canais de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo que a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de bloqueio de esc\u00f3ria do sistema seja plenamente aproveitada. Ao mesmo tempo, o fluxo de metal l\u00edquido injetado pelo canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 restringido pelo filtro, e o metal fundido permanece no canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o por um breve per\u00edodo; a esc\u00f3ria, de baixa densidade, flutua e se separa, o que permite aproveitar as vantagens do sistema de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o por inje\u00e7\u00e3o inferior. Quando o metal fundido continua a ser vertido atrav\u00e9s do filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica, a esc\u00f3ria com baixa densidade superficial flutua para cima e, por outro lado, isso reduz ou elimina efetivamente as correntes parasitas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O filtro \u00e9 colocado no canal transversal ou no canal interno da cavidade e, quando a primeira corrente de l\u00edquido atinge a superf\u00edcie da extremidade de entrada do filtro durante o vazamento, ocorre o fen\u00f4meno de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o entre a corrente de l\u00edquido e a estrutura de malha de espuma. Esse tipo de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o baseia-se principalmente na adsor\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica multicamadas n\u00e3o seletiva, e as inclus\u00f5es s\u00e3o adsorvidas camada por camada na estrutura do filtro at\u00e9 que este fique obstru\u00eddo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As tr\u00eas teorias acima sobre os mecanismos de filtragem e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o conseguem explicar alguns fen\u00f4menos, como a filtragem por tela met\u00e1lica. O princ\u00edpio da purifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 geralmente explicado como intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica (peneiramento), mas, ao derramar a\u00e7o fundido e ferro fundido sobre a tela de arame de molibd\u00eanio e a tela de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel, o experimento em que o l\u00edquido passou completamente pela tela do filtro constatou que n\u00e3o havia inclus\u00f5es interceptadas pelo mecanismo na tela do filtro.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4932\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2.jpg\" alt=\"Mecanismo de filtragem\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O enorme efeito de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o alcan\u00e7ado pela filtragem e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de metais com filtros nos leva a estudar o mecanismo de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o a partir do padr\u00e3o de fluxo do metal fundido. Durante o processo de vazamento, na maioria dos casos, o metal fundido \u00e9 introduzido na cavidade em estado turbulento; especialmente na fase inicial do vazamento, o metal fundido entra na cavidade a partir de uma certa altura.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a an\u00e1lise experimental baseada no princ\u00edpio da mec\u00e2nica dos fluidos, devido \u00e0s curvas e voltas no canal de fluxo do filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica, sua capacidade de regularizar o fluxo do metal l\u00edquido, transformando-o de turbulento em laminar, \u00e9 muito elevada.<\/p>\n<p>Devido \u00e0 retifica\u00e7\u00e3o do filtro, o metal fundido, que originalmente apresentava um forte fluxo turbulento, torna-se laminar ao passar pelo filtro. Ap\u00f3s passar pelo filtro, ele precisa percorrer uma zona de transi\u00e7\u00e3o mais longa para restaurar o estado turbulento original. Nessa zona de transi\u00e7\u00e3o, o fluxo do l\u00edquido j\u00e1 n\u00e3o tem tempo suficiente para se transformar em turbul\u00eancia ou em turbul\u00eancia de menor intensidade, evitando assim a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria do metal.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ceramic foam filter can effectively trap liquid metal inclusions and purify molten metal.
