A absor\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio pela liga de alum\u00ednio para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o durante o processo de fus\u00e3o \u00e9 a principal causa da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de poros min\u00fasculos e da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da estanqueidade ao ar e das propriedades mec\u00e2nicas. Portanto, devem ser tomadas diversas medidas para controlar rigorosamente o teor de hidrog\u00eanio e de outros gases.<\/p>\n

Medidas para controlar o teor de hidrog\u00eanio<\/h2>\n

Antes de entrar no forno, a ferrugem e as manchas de \u00f3leo da carga do forno devem ser rigorosamente removidas, e a carga deve ser pr\u00e9-aquecida at\u00e9 a temperatura especificada.<\/p>\n

Antes do carregamento, o forno deve ser seco para remover a umidade presente nele, a fim de evitar o contato entre o vapor de \u00e1gua e o hidrocarboneto.<\/p>\n

Antes de entrar em contato com a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida, ela deve ser totalmente pr\u00e9-aquecida para remover a umidade, e a superf\u00edcie das ferramentas de ferro deve ser revestida com um agente de revestimento.<\/p>\n

O l\u00edquido de refino do alum\u00ednio fundido deve ser tratado adequadamente antes da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e da secagem.<\/p>\n

O processo de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o consiste no transporte do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido contido na concha intermedi\u00e1ria at\u00e9 o unidade de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>, injetando o g\u00e1s inerte no alum\u00ednio fundido atrav\u00e9s da abertura de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o no rotor de grafite do desgaseificador, a fim de liberar o hidrog\u00eanio e, assim, reduzir o teor de hidrog\u00eanio no metal fundido. Para garantir o processo de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio, selecione um bom fluxo de refino<\/a> e, como agente de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzir o teor de g\u00e1s no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e remover oportunamente a esc\u00f3ria superficial, as bolhas e outros \u00f3xidos, de modo a impedir que o g\u00e1s volte a entrar nas pe\u00e7as fundidas sob press\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
