A largura das estrias finas na superf\u00edcie \u00e9 geralmente inferior a 1 mm e a profundidade \u00e9 inferior a 0,2 mm, mas elas podem se estender por centenas de metros na dire\u00e7\u00e3o longitudinal da chapa; mesmo ao longo de todo o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 o desligamento da linha, as estrias finas ainda ficam claramente vis\u00edveis ap\u00f3s o decapagem. Algumas estrias finas s\u00e3o causadas por marcas residuais dos rolos, e essas estrias geralmente desaparecem ap\u00f3s o decapagem. Um simples ensaio de tra\u00e7\u00e3o pode revelar o defeito e causar estreitamento pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 \u00e1rea afetada, o que comprova que a causa desse tipo de defeito \u00e9 a presen\u00e7a de algumas impurezas que impedem o fluxo do metal fundido.<\/p>\n

Duas raz\u00f5es para o bloqueio do fluxo<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) H\u00e1 part\u00edculas de impureza em algumas partes da pe\u00e7a fundida cavidade do bico<\/a>. Quando o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 inspecionado ap\u00f3s a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e da lamina\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel observar que alguns res\u00edduos se acumularam na superf\u00edcie inferior do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Atrav\u00e9s do microsc\u00f3pio eletr\u00f4nico, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel identificar que h\u00e1 part\u00edculas de tit\u00e2nio, boro e \u00f3xidos nessa parte.<\/p>\n

(2) O bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em contato com o rolo. No in\u00edcio da placa vertical, devido \u00e0 baixa temperatura da superf\u00edcie do rolo e ao lubrificante de grafite presente na superf\u00edcie, quando o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido est\u00e1 sob press\u00e3o est\u00e1tica durante o processo de passagem pela placa vertical de esc\u00f3ria, ele flui da caixa frontal, passando pelo canal transversal, at\u00e9 o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, formando o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. A temperatura sobe rapidamente; o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a a se expandir e se deformar ao ser aquecido, entrando em contato com o rolo. A grafite (carbono) presente na superf\u00edcie do rolo se acumula na borda do bico. \u00c0 medida que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o continua, o \u00f3xido se acumula e se torna mais espesso, e parte dele se aglomera em pequenos peda\u00e7os. Essas part\u00edculas, ao entrarem em contato com o rolo, destroem a camada de \u00f3xido original na superf\u00edcie do rolo. Depois que o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido flui para fora do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e entra em contato com o rolo, a massa fundida se solidifica, adere \u00e0 superf\u00edcie do rolo e se move sincronizadamente com ele, sem deslizamento relativo. A tens\u00e3o \u00e9 usada para separar a tira do rolo e, \u00e0s vezes, pequenas part\u00edculas de alum\u00ednio pegajoso s\u00e3o levemente vis\u00edveis nos arranh\u00f5es. As finas estrias na superf\u00edcie passam pelo bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir uma certa folga entre o bico e o rolo e reduzir a quantidade de grafite espalhada. A maioria dos tra\u00e7os na superf\u00edcie do rolo pode ser eliminada com o uso de lixa.<\/p>\n

\"Listras<\/p>\n

Medidas de tratamento para rugas finas<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Controle a velocidade de adi\u00e7\u00e3o do fio de tit\u00e2nio (a velocidade de adi\u00e7\u00e3o do fio de tit\u00e2nio \u00e9 de cerca de 10 a 12 m\/ton por hora, de acordo com a vaz\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio), o ponto de adi\u00e7\u00e3o (na sa\u00edda do forno de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o) e a temperatura da massa fundida (a temperatura da massa fundida \u00e9 superior a 710 \u2103), Fa\u00e7a com que o teor de tit\u00e2nio se difunda de forma r\u00e1pida e uniforme na massa fundida para evitar a precipita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

(2) Ajuste a folga entre o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e o rolo durante a montagem da chapa. Verificou-se que o contato entre o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e o rolo deve ser ajustado a tempo para evitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de faixas finas na superf\u00edcie do rolo.<\/p>\n

(3) Certifique-se de que a camada de grafite na superf\u00edcie do rolo esteja uniforme e n\u00e3o seja muito espessa, e limpe delicadamente a superf\u00edcie do rolo com um pano de algod\u00e3o.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
